The strong customer-centric viewpoint of the overall product. Very user-friendly interface easy to use. Good customer support with a well-trained team.

The pricing model of Salsesforce is something I don't like it is based on a subscription model there should be a pay-per-use model as well.

Tracking all the service requests from multiple customers was very hard to manage and track in multiple different software, Salesforce is the right tool to get that done easily with the nice user interface.

Salesforce Sales Cloud gave the capability to understand and track the student's enrollment cycle on the integrated platform which also helped in marketing. It is quite customisable and provide excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality is little outdated as compared to the latest features available in the market. It requires to connect to an external reporting platform like Power BI to have better visibility into the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enabled the complete visibility into the student life cycle in real time.It enabled tracking leads, processing applications, and simplified administrative duties. Sales Cloud also allowed us to track the sales pipeline on a single platform, combining it with other data. It also helped with alumni relations and raise funds and maintain lifelong relationships with the alumnis. The trailhead team of Salesforce is amazing and upskilled our staff to use the pplatform effectively.

Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM has provided a single suite with all the applications for maintaining our customer relationships. It has allowed us to create a better digital experience for our customers with its integrated solution.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is expensive and the recurring costs creates extra burden for the budget allocated. Customer support can be improved in order to speed up the onboarding process of our users.

Salesforce Sales Cloud allowed our bank to enhance the digital experience of our customers by improving the touch points and understanding the customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, leading to more personalized and targeted marketing and sales efforts. It also allowed to measure and analyze sales performance, including key metrics such as sales quotas, pipeline velocity, and win rates. With the coming of Einstein AI, things has been more sorted and using the software has been lot easier.

Salesforce Sales Cloud allows me to keep all things customer related in one spot. I can easily find old activity history on a contact, an opportunity, or an account.

The best part about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its vast customizability using configuration and not code. As a no-code solo admin, I am able to maintain and enahnce the platform myself without the need for advanced coding. This allows us to tailor the platform to our needs as they continue to grow and change. Salesforce Sales Cloud is a platform that can grow and change with us.

The initial implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud can be difficult for those with no background in Salesforce. To truly unlock the full potential of the platform, customization is needed. Although it may seem like a massive challenge, Salesforce offers abundant training resources for all different experience levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deal with a very large volume of sales, and Salesforce Sales Cloud allows our reps to be much more efficient with their sales efforts. This allows them to spend more time selling and less time finding or entering data. From a Leadership perspective, Sales Cloud allows our leaders to view real-time reports on sales rep activity.

We can store our leads and track the sales. We can store objects like contacts, opportunities, and accounts in our Salesforce database. It will help to close deals faster. Suppose a contact is interested in purchasing something. That information is stored in the Salesforce database, and you can track the current level of contact.
For example, before they sign the deal, the contact wants some discount. You can see this data, know the sales process, and close the deal easily. One advantage of the solution is that it helps to improve our sales.

The most valuable features of the solution are reporting and dashboards. You can easily compare how many products were sold last year and this year.

This is an expensive tool and takes time to learn. considering the advancements with AI, It is justifiable.

Salesforce Sales Cloud, combined with Einstein Analytics is solving key challenges faced by our sales team, such as data-driven decision-making, productivity bottlenecks, and customer relationship management. It has resulted in increased sales, improved team performance, and overall business growth. The automation and forecasting features accurately helps to identify the top performers in a region and providing coaching to underperforming sales performers. It has kept all the customer information centralised which gets very useful.
