I rate the tool’s scalability a ten out of ten. We have 100 users in our organization. We use the product twice or thrice a week.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Salesforce is a huge competitor of Microsoft and other solution providers. We chose Salesforce Sales Cloud because it is quick to launch. We could start working with it immediately.
What other advice do I have?
I did not face any major issues. I recommend the solution to others. It is easy to use. Overall, I rate the product an eight out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great app for managing leads and accessing critical sales data. It's integration with MEDIASHAREiQ gives an edge to this application as it elevates presentations and training program experiences to another level. Salesforce's dashboard is very easy to access and it's customer support executives are also very helpful. This application runs smoothly on daily basis to generate reports and accessing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
This application is not for beginners as they may find difficulties in implementing the features because the data sometimes is too critical to analyze. But, as they learn more about the UI they can become friendly with it.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving problems of analyzing complicated sales data through their interactive dashboard and it's benefiting a lot to sales executives by saving their efforts and time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud keeps upto its brand value by continuously innovating with its product and bringing latest technologies for its customers. It has increased the value of our brand with our customers by emphasizing more on the customer. It has integrated well with our existing sources and more now, WhatsApp Business API to reach directly on their phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have came across considerable performance outage issues specially during few sale hours or festival times. Since, it is pay per use so the cost gets very high as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud increased our engagement with the distributors by integrating the service cloud to provide better customer service to them. It had fostered positive relationships with them by addressing their queries and issues promptly. Also, It enabled to streamline the entire sales process for us from lead nurturing to order processing.

The only CRM I ever want to work in for the rest of my career - I can track everything I need and if it's not standard, it's easy enough to build.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most about salesckoud is that it's flow of objects from lead to opportunity which helps in maintaining data organised. Also you can automate most of the smaller requirements without usage of code. And also I like about it is we can send email and reminder emails using workflows and email alert with email template of our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that some standard functionality cannot be accessed like standard report types which cannot be modified or see what are included in it. And sometimes new fields are referred which are not in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The leads can be auto assigned to any dealers or account executive by writing some lead assignment rules using queues which is a great functionality and we can perform automations using flows and create small custom components using screen flows.
