Easy to use and track all the leads. I like flexibility that Salesforce provide to customize fields for the specific business needs. Customer support is also promt, I'm really pleased with it.

I love it but it takes time to learn how to use it initially and over the time it gets costlier as advanced deatures are sold as separate add-ons from salesforce or third party.

It saves my time for sales planning and tracking it. Manually sales tracking and lead management is not easy but salesforce has made it too easy for me.
