There are limited capabilities in terms of lists so there are actions on bulk

We use Sales Cloud to store customer records. Biggest value for us is it's ability to connect with other applications to create and update the records within Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have complex API connections that didn't require a separate platform like Mulesoft.

Ability to store complex records and useful reporting.

Native integration with wechat could have helped scale up our business in countries where they dont use whatsapp

Indispensable CRM for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is incredibly customizable and adaptable to your specific business processes. You have the ability to automate almost any business process and increase efficiency. I have happily used it for years!

The licenses can be expensive and you need a lot of experience and knowledge to implement it correctly to avoid technical debt. It is not a cheap or quick project.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Afmin/ architect, I love how easy it is to customize and maintain. Love how CRMA can easily be integrated in order to drive actions. Also, I like how easy it is to customize to our individualized sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Admin/ Architect, don't appreciate the inconsistency in functionality. For instance, Quote Line item does not support record types. Reports cannot be generated on child history objects.

Unified platform for all. Single pane of glass view for CRM data. Great tool for collaboration with various work streams in the Sales team. User adoption is high
