What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration. My sales team loves it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Could can be rather slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping it she's team aligned with marketing.
Seamless connection between sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have data, engagement activity and customer information all in one place has created a seamless transfer from our marketing team to our sales team which has led to increased revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides to utilizing the tool. We just need to utilize it to its full capability and we are not there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the multiple people who work with an account to all be on the same page with having access to the same information. Also, has been very beneficial for prospecting for the sales team.
Use to determine a visual of where work is compared to leads to enable reps to route and max time.
What do you like best about the product?
Seems to be accurate with data input and then the visual is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building reports was not as user friendly as I wish it were

What do you like best about the product?
I love giving our users a way to congregate all of their data in one place. With all the new features, I feel it will help our users really target their customers to increase sales exponentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
I probably dislike our reporting the most. Sometimes you think you have all of the right data in a report and then a user who owns the data will tell you data is missing or isn't correct. Just doesn't seem like we always get an accurate view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping by congregating all of our customers data in one place for our sales users.

I like how seamlessly you are able to intertwine departments you otherwise have issues combining.

Not all of the features seen are released.

Dealer scoring and tracking is huge

Sales cloud gives the ability to pull in many different departments together into one place to get a full view of accouts and contacts.

Reporting out of the box can sometimes be limited or not available.

Heavy configuration...can be hard not to boil the ocean
