The 800lb Gorilla for more than a decade
What do you like best about the product?
Availability and flexibility are real strengths. Integrations and the strength of the API are also standouts. Look and feel are also good, but density of information on the screen could be a little better. Lastly, from an HR perspective, it's hard to find someone that hasn't used Salesforce in a previous position, so onboarding is that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a technical perspective, it's such a huge and mature platform that there are tons of skeltons in the closet that they appear to be unable to fix. From a pricing perspective, is more and more expensive every year. From a user perspective, the biggest thing is that CRM should centre around Activities and streamlined business processes, but Salesforce can be VERY "clicky".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our central source of truth for customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
In our organisation we use Salesforce sales cloud for B2B purpose. It provides robust forecasting tools and real-time analytics to help sales managers track performance against targets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. We have a developer team as well which uses Salesforce APIs to automate the ticket creation updation and many other things. The documentation of the API docs were so easy to understand as well. If we have some doubt about the product fratures then we also contact Salesforce contact support as well to resolve those doubt and believe me they are very supportive. So yeah that's what our point of view as organisation towards this awesome product. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Ammm currently we didn't face any hurdles so i could tell the dislikes because it was easy for us to implement the business logic on the sales force sales cloud so yeah so far so good no dislikes as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i mentioned in the previous section we use Salesforce sales cloud for the B2B purpose and currently we use Salesforce for resolving mainly customer problems so yeah using it as a CRM tool.

As of now we dont have any problem but want to improve the experience

It's allowing us to keep track of our leads and community with those leads periodically
Best choice for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has great out of the box options for CRM but is also customizable
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always B2B model friendly - for example, we view a "lead" as a company, not an individual. Sales Cloud's Lead fields require a personal name and also the data is built around the individual rather than the company. You also can't add more than one person to a lead, even though you may have multiple contacts at that lead company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our lead management data used to be all over the place, from emails to excel files to personal knowledge to roladexes. Sales cloud enables our team to keep this data all in one open, measurable, accessible, and historical space.
Great to track leads and opportunity
What do you like best about the product?
Opportunity and lead management is easy and simple. Bringing Einstein within sales workflow is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. Its the best CRM, easy to manage and save leads. Brings in leads from networking site like LinkedIn navigator

What do you like best about the product?
It is highly customizable! I appreciate that we can customize the objects to fit our business needs, particularly because we are a b2b and b2c company.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a bit slow to load. A slow load time discourages reps from using the platform more regularly.

Allows us to customize our newer Enterprise vertical sales journey.

Native integration with other saleaforce platforms allows things to just work seamlessly.

Runs a bit slow sometimes so that isn't great.
