What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly regarded for its robust features and scalability. Its customization options allow businesses to adapt the platform to their unique sales processes. It also integrates well with other systems and offers comprehensive analytics, helping teams make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. Missing technical support from Salesforce representatives. Always trying to sell us new stuff instead of helping to resolve our issues.

An unified and integrated sales platform that helps to drive and unlock optimal sales performance, enriched with sales and CRM analytics that provides sales enablement helping the sales org to activation with a minimum of manual effort unlocking fantastic productivity possibilities

High license cost and herewith a high threshold for companies to decide for Salesforce.
In addition, companies are reluctant to put their data in the data cloud, which is a trust issue especially with architects.

What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, there are many contacts in many different stages of the salescycle. Salesforce has great filtering and customization to organize contacts, open deals and accounts in any way imaginable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually a bit old fashioned... Windows Vista-esque. Would be very interesting to see some modernization of the program to fit the new tech wave of product UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a SaaS salesperson with thousands of accounts, open reqs and contacts, this tool helps track every conversation whether via phone, email or video meetings. Highly customizable - our team added the MEDDICC framework directly into our lead pages so we can easily qualify or disqualify based on information gathered all in one space.

What do you like best about the product?
sale cloud is a versatile CRM that empowers users to do Hugh level technology, has robust reports, and empowers users to get further in their job with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of sales cloud is steep, and while there are cheaper options out there they don't work great. Also the product names change about every 3 years which is very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to not have the developer knowledge, but create automation with the drag and drop features of their flow process . Clients love when manual work becomes automated.
