Very complete solution
What do you like best about the product?
The Sales Cloud really empowers our Sales Team and our Marketing efforts, and we are always training our teams into the new features on Trailblazing, which is completely free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricy, but it's totally worth it. Our team would have to expend more money on other marketing efforts anyways, if we didn't have this tool. We would love to have more good deals!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great reporting and the ability to manage all our different sales teams pipelines in one place. Mostly, our Sales Managers and Directors love be suscribed to Dashboards and Reports.

Out of the box features, which enables easy implementation for lot of customers.

Deployment of Country codes and state codes. Several configurations dont have the option to deploy using metadata api

Being a small business it gives me the option to use out of the box solutions and then scale while the business grows

I used lead generation flow in sales cloud, Getting leads from web, custom pages etc was nice & easy way to get customer information. Post lead generation, lead conversion is also a convenient way to convert data in opportunity & account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I liked Salesforce Sales Cloud however at initial level its training might be hard to understand things. It requires some efforts to understand. Small businesses might be sideline this.

Salesforce is helping to get customer information. Using different tools we can manage this data and improve business requirements. CRM is a best solution to manage customer data and manage customer's business.

What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity for team collaboration is limitless. All functional areas of the company - sales, manufacturing, supply chain, executives, marketing and data analytics can be involved in the service engagment activities, quality case management and opportunity management processes, with easy access to dashboards and data reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some business processes do require customizations. As a new SF customer it's difficult to know everything that's possible and sometimes that depends on the expertise of yout integration partner. Picking a knowledgeable partner can help navigate the unknowns of developing and deploying Salesforce.

Salesforce enables us to look more deeply into new business opportunities at our customers. Understanding customer requirements helps us to develop industry-leading products that help make our world cleaner and safer.

Sales cloud is especially important to our business to use as the most hyped up rolodex with automations.

I think the tool is so easy to use and easy to add customizations that sometimes it goes overboard. And there are too many fields for users to complete and you lose user adoption.
