Better collaboration and comms within sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Aligning sales team around the client. No customer ever gets more confident about the sale or partnership when multiple sales folks reach out to the same client or a client has to repeat their need again. Even when employees need to shift accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Solid product. Wish AI was built in as standard versus being an add-on. That being said, the demos of the AI implementation makes execution seem very accessible.

With salescloud we could set up an Multi step sales process in our org which is used different brands in different Industrie. Especially Flow and record Types helped us a lot

Quoting without opportunity Feature was released to late for us and now we have to get rid off a lot of Customizings
