Easy to navigate and good UI and easy to access.

Not always correct and doesnt cover all the map.

What do you like best about the product?
Although this is not in my line of work, I can see how this could be extremely helpful for sales since it helps automate repetitive tasks such as follow up email to help improve efficiency and allow teams to focus on other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I would imagine clients would dislike about sales cloud is the additional cost for customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
My company uses Sales Cloud to keep track of our customers and it is very helpful in allowing us to track leads from first contact through securing a qualified customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey for a smaller company, but may be worth it once processes are customized to your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping customer data all in one place and easily reportable is a huge help to us.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using business negotiations, clients, and client managers. It is convenient to be able to visualize data with reports and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the hit rate of the global search is poor. Beginners may find it difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage the business negotiations and client information that were managed in Excel with a CRM.
