Multi channel experience!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it is user friendly. And once you learn how to drive to where you need in the cloud it gets easier. But also the trainings are super helpful before hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a little slow sometimes. No matter the building or the WiFi. In the mornings I have to long in like 5 times and that can be a bit of a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the quickness of getting to OMS where we manage our orders. And it solves the problem of also keeping us on track as far as tasks and it is again user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers a comprehensive suite of tools that help manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. I especially appreciate the automation features like workflows, lead assignment rules, and email templates, which significantly reduce manual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is the complexity of the platform. While it’s powerful, it can be overwhelming for new users.

What do you like best about the product?
Supports integration with various upstream and downstream tools.
Can handle lot of traffic from internal users as well as external.
Great support from CRM team.
New user can be easily onboarded and start using with minimal training
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation for custom objects and fields have been tricky and issue for the downstream systems.
Very high in cost and not suitable for smaller organizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is the biggest implementation we have in our organization. Our sales team is heavily dependent on it for opportunities, quotes, leads tracking and management. All the data generated in salesforce is used for analytics and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way you can tailor workflows to match any business objectives, and it has great analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be costly and a bit complex. It can be a bit laggy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep all customer interactions, history, contact info, tasks and prospects in one shared place.

Experience with Accounts, Leads and Contacts Intelligence View

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with Salescloud for over 2 years and I love the easy navigation and UI in general. Ive found Accounts and Contacts objects to be super useful in my experience and lightning experience makes it all better.
I love list views and more so with the launch of Intelligence views in Spring 24. Its very easy for me now to view all Accounts data in once place for example-
I dont have to revert back to account record page again and again and can just see all the info i need from selecting the name in the list.

Having Leads Contacts data activity is also very useful for customer analytics and removes the need for excel sheet in many business scenarios
What do you dislike about the product?
I didnt like Flow Builder much. Its hard to learn and very complex for me. Logic building is not that easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account , Leads and Contact Intelligence Views are great.
Lightning app builder allows dymanic action on standard objects for mobile now, which is also very useful for user view customzation

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who's joined sales, it gives you a full history so you can get familiar with the account
What do you dislike about the product?
Everythign works but the layout seems a bit old for someone whos young, maybe a better aesthetic would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving history and providing data which if not available would make data management harder and tedious
