What do you like best about the product?
It can be easily integrated to our RingCentral Account and updates real-time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce makes my life easier as an Account Executive by letting me update customer's record in terms of notes, cases and sales opportunities.

Initial implementation can be complex, and customer support may be inconsistent. A multitude of features might overwhelm novice users.

It solves the challenges of managing customer data, streamlines sales processes, and enhances collaboration. This benefits us by improving productivity, decision-making, and overall customer satisfaction.

I have been using salesforce for a long time, from classic to lightining version, they have never disappointed with any updates

For me, salesforce is helping me maintain my task, it also helps me in creating all the history and conversation i had with contacts

I feel like sometimes its repetitive information on the same page, but yet it doesn't carry shortcut things that could be easier to find later all on the main page.

It's able to forecast future uplifts from previous years - making me not have to worry about the math.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is one of the best platform for managing all sales processes and help companies to work smartly, fastly and efficiently. It gives customers the clear view of their sales process from start to end which improves the daily business and help in tracking daily business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced little trouble while accessing customer support some times which would probably be the worst. Sometime we need to customize sales cloud to an extent which leads us to raise tickets to salesforce if we can implement it or not and it will takes time to get the revert from salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many awsome features in sales cloud which is making it number one. Some of my personal likings are :
1. Salesforce Einstein bots which automatically responds to chats and helps in delay.
2.Support Integrating to third party application with very ease.
3. It provides more time and better insights for sales rep to convert new opportunities into sales.
4. It simplifies the Reporting functionality to monitor bulk data quickly.
5. MFA (multi factor authentication) is one of the best feature from security purpose given by salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using salescloud in all possible ways. Sales engagement is the best way where we integrated with salesforce to outlook. This tool is receltly Emlimanted to capture Activity history of emails, Calls etc and it get synced either way. Customer support also helped on when we had issue in updateing permission sets based on it. We are really excited as this tool is used very Frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing downside. We just need little improment like if this permissions are added to users and we need to get notified when users accept there sales engagemnt permissions. MAy be like chatter notifications.
