sales force automates and makes it really easy to speak with my clients provides all the info i need instantly

nothing really just sometimes the systmes lags or when ever they have internal issues this does not happen regularly

We can easily trach sales of a large team in the form of reports and can set and achieve targets accordingly.

The loading time gets increased when we apply too many filters, but this can be our fault as well.

Salesforce allows us to see all the client interactions and vital information at a glance by which we can easily trach the recent activities and accordingly trach the progress and lead to closure or disqualify the same.

Salesforce sales cloud is helps the businesses to handing the Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities & leads in a very convenient way. It's easy to implement the customizable solution for business. It's provide good customer support.Easily integrated with multiple platforms.Although it has lots of features that make it use frequently.

Everything is fine in the Salesforce sales cloud , so nothing to highlight as a disiked thing as I used it Frequently.

To organize all the accounts onto a single dashboard and give the oppurtunity to filter it.

Need more insights onto the closed lost deals.

Easy and efficient way to work
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and effective to track the amount of work you've done for the day, week, month, etc. You are able to compare yourself to your own goals and your teammates/coworkers goals.

Would like to be able to organize my work more effciently to see what I have done on certain projects/ tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps you on track of when a project/ tasks need to be accomplished at a certain time. This helps with my time management and multi-tasking.
Figuring out how to showcase data has improved my life
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of the tool, then you are set for life. I use this product every day, and the way I'm quickly able to pull specific reports to showcase data from my program has exponentially helped me become a better marketer.

It's not a great platform for community.

Salesforce is solving the problem of attaching money and opportunities to my events.

The thing that it is both SaaS and PaaS which very beneficial for all users like us to get bith services in same platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only premier customers get full attention while the ones who are studying or learning salesforce need to wait for longer to get answers through case creations.

I like the way everything gets linked from flows to apps to page layouts. It all really works well for me as I am a learner and have worked in salesforce for 2 years.

Initial configuration takes time.
if i have to configure layout & other information, then it take time to configure that.
You can simply click & build, but there is no option for ready made layout samples.
