Best sidekick and better than any competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce can do absolutely everything. The design of the product to gather all the customer's data in one place makes it a best one. We use SF as source of truth for all of our ops. This includes customer data,billing data,deal pipelines etc. It helps us in formulating a clear picture of our SLA's and as well how our clients interacts with us and our service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the admin has all the permissions for the customisation which makes it bit difficult to make changes that are feasible to you and the setup can lead to frustration sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves customer relations and service and it creates operational efficiencies.

What do you like best about the product?
To increase profits by leading generation. Access critical data to get a complete picture of the customer. Quality, track and engage with potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disadvantage when user in the offline mode, user have the full access mode when they are in the offline mode, we cannot track or measure in real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers seamless back to front office integration and implementation of AI and machine learning in day to day activities of sales people.
The Sales Cloud is a very big Tool and helps to automize Sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flow builder very much because with that Tool you can teach Salesforce to do the work for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It ist not a real dislike. It is more that Salesforce is so full of functions that it takes some time to get to know much of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can structure our whole lead to cash cycle in Salesforce. With that we have a very good overview of our customers.

We have had a much better overview of our activities since the introduction of Salesforce, have become faster and more successful, and were able to increase our revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some error messages are not understandable for users and SF administrators.

I can better support our account teams in their daily work and receive a very good overview of the activities.

It's not customizable enough. The fields for example can't always be renamed.
