Sales cloud is a good product
What do you like best about the product?
Guided selling motion it provide is amazing and it supports entire sales process from the same platform. Work's seamless with multiple applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better lead duplication rule as right now it is one of the biggest challenge for all of us to manage the duplicate lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is an amazing product which provides the guided selling motion and helps our sales rep to sell more and provide a robust platform to them.

What do you like best about the product?
We are adopting Salesforce at our org. I appreciate the trailblazer videos that are easy to understand and the ease of process. Looking forward to fully adapting with salesforce as we work on data migration.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at the moment. We are still in the process of adapting salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently salesforce is helping us integrate data in our non profit. It's benefiting me because it's making my job easier. We didn't have a centralized database before, so it's exciting that we will be able to analyze and solve critical problems that exist, and hopefully get more funding

The ability to connect the right data sources to bring insights into one view is most critical for our marketing organization. Ease of use, amount of training materials, and features.

The amount of time it takes to get teams sunny the data. Not as much a SF problem, we are selling in the value wherever we can.
