What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable via configuration and low code approaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Imposed many limits. Example: number of roll-up fields, number of history tracking fields, times outs in reports, inability to customize certain areas, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling sales as well as financial tracking. Also solves some operational challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage relationships with clients and customers in a way that was never possible for our organization in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly user acceptance was our biggest hurts ke when it came to integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massive increase in manual workflow automation and decrease in manual efforts. Ease of tracking in one centralized location rather than tons of spreadsheets.

Using Sales Cloud has been a great way to bring our company into the next phase of our technological era.

No issues with using the system at this time

We use Salesforce and Sales Cloud as a CRM tool, helping us solve the problem of having one stream of data for the whole team.

What do you like best about the product?
Need a great technology tem to implement. Automated many processes and provides robust reporting and dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not really have one. After using it you will need to add on other Salesforce products to work well and give 360 view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on the work service center reps do. Provides slas and if they are met. Integrates knowledge for solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been a Sales Cloud user for over 9 years now, and it’s one of the most useful, evolving cloud-based database systems I have come across -- it's the reason I'm in tech to this day. The training and help materials, evolving core platform features, and wealth of declarative tools make it a natural choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some ways, being on this platform locks you in -- being moored to a giant in the ecosystem has natural benefits AND drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps centralize data (no more secret spreadsheets!) and report intelligently on KPIs. It also allows us to create customized workflows for end users and admins alike.

What do you like best about the product?
The product definitely helps us with our ability to quantify and organize our interactions with both our internal and external customers. The flexibility and customization availability makes it a no brainier for our uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Governance limits. Logging experience to maintain security.
