Straightforward and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everyone on the sales team up to date on projects without any additional steps, it's all right on the CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like it to sync and communicate more with my computer and other software programs

Removes the extra steps of communicating with the team on my progress. Everyone can see the information as it happens

Easy to configure and easy to deploy
There are lot of out of the box feature provided by Salesforce (lead conversion, sales path, etc.)
If you want to write development for customization it can be easily developed via Apex code

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no native functionality for Configure, Pricing an Quote. It has to be purchased separately with extra cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our Sales user using Salesforce Sales Cloud on daily basis. The Sales cloud is integrated with CTI where our reps will call out customers within Salesforce, try to make a sale with them and close the deal.

Great platform with great support team however it requires full dedication

I can tell it is built with all well understanding of Sales flow that has nemerous features. And their support team is amazing.

It's difficult to use it without their training sessions.

It is centralizing all the sales related tasks & resources in one place. And their support team helps organizing our thoughts and plan sharper.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibilility and customization of the platform is well known, but what is undersold is the support! This team has always been responsive and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
All that flexibility and custimization options can lead to lots of "gotchas" with the myriad of settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It steamlines our sales process as well as provided crucial documentation for our regulators.

Sometimes things we would like implemented are not available yet which can be a little discouraging.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using SF for quite some time now and I love the customer 360 vision but to get there it takes a lot of work, unfortunately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The man hours it takes to build the foundation and automation. It is always very fragile and breaks for the simplest thing.

So far, there is nothing I dislike about Salesfored Sales Cloud. It's a god sent for both admin and user.

It allows the company to have a single respository of customer data that users can easily access. It preserves the company asset of customer data.

Helps in automating the sales flow, customer engagement and easy to integrate with most of the applications reduce the daily basis work if it is implemented for sales work

User license is too costly and cannot be used for small scale industries

Bugs that are found while using salesforce and the storage will be very less this salesforce has to solve
