User friendly, can track any potential lead or contact very easily

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone having access not just sales but commercial individuals. Sales, marketing, product management etc. Can find any account very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Individuals do not enter information harmonized. Can be difficult to work with at times because of how the individual entered the information. Also wish there was more ability to integrate with a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This would enable the 2 systems to communicate and be able to search details easiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the sales journey for each account and each customer.

Records that are uploaded help me in prospecting clients

It can be very slow at times and not work properly. Records are in a lot of cases uploaded manually

The usser friendly platform & easily understanndable Objects & relationship.

Few integrations are quite complicated to perform & it requires help from the Salesforce at times.

Overwhelming to use at first but eventually becomes easier as you interact with it more

It is easy to configure, from adding objects, fields, etc., including reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime too many changes (depreciate) features such News, workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is very reliable, and is quite intuitive for end-users. The page and data layouts are easy to use and doesn't require a huge learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest negatives of Sales Cloud is the price and the functionality/data limitations. Salesforce doesn't seem to be ideal for small companies, especially if they require heavy customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our data is coming into one place, and can be easily reported on QUICKLY.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure to company use and needs
What do you dislike about the product?
I start with the chat feature vs trying to create a case initially because it is difficult to create a case
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All products captured on one platform with activity history logged from various users in the company all in one place, so it's easy to identify what is happening with the account. All products have product team specialists assigned, so each team member can update or move opportunity along.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a robust total to be used for all aspects of your Sales needs. It is a tool that helps drive Sales Teams to be more proactive and compentive within their own team. It provides lots of insight and analysis for the leadership team into what is working or not.
The program integrates with various other 3rd party tools, as well as Customer Support is available to assist with any needs or questions you may have.
You will find that you gravity to this program once you start using it for all your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud can be a bit overwhelming at first to users since it is so robust of a tool, but once you get the hang of it and focus on your goals it is easy to use and user friendly. Stick with it and be patient since it does take time to buid it around your company goals and needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is always evolving with new innovated ways to improve the user experience.
We are looking into the AI aspect more and automations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates well with our gmail accounts and that it keeps everything in one place. The support team is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't save in real time so that when you are working collaboratively you have to save and then refresh so it is a little slow to work together with another member of the sales team. It is also a little difficult to figure out how to add custom features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I have to set up and maintain multiple instances of Sales Cloud and I appreciate how quickly I can do that. There is a lot of documentation available online to resolve most of my issues or concerns. I also think the improvements to Salesforce Support over the past year are very noticeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updats 3 times a year are sometimes difficult to keep up with. I don't like that most of the innovations are add on products.
