Very simple and easy way to manage clients and sales

What do you like best about the product?
Probably the best CRM tool out there, feature rich, easily integrates with other programs, very versatile in meeting requirements and dashboard data presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and to get all features desired, need a dedicated salesforce program team to service and create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows everyone in the company to have visibility on the progress of each project associated with each client and be able to jump in and assist if necessary. Also presents metrics in a useful manner for upper management to gauge the progress and success/failure rate of projects along with duration in queue.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many different ways to customize it to fit your needs and it connects with most anything you need it to connect to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times when I am excited about a new feature or am customizing to fit our workflow, the feature I need is always and additional price. Example: we transitioned to Automated Email Capture with Einstien Standard that comes with our Enterprise edition, however, to cusomize any reporting on your email activity you have to upgrade and pay more because you can no longer do any reporting on email activity in the normal lighting reports...it can only be seen in analytics which just gives you one screen/dashboard that contains EVERYTHING and isn't very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that I have the Sales Team and the Client Success Team transitioned to using SF our workflow is more consistant, client data is right at our fingertips, we have been able to reduce sales cycle, and provide analytics to move the company forward.

What do you like best about the product?
All client data available in one central repository and easily updated to reflect where they sit currently inthe sales cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires some effort and knowledge to setup initially
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department mainly uses salesforce to track and manage customer support requests, however we also plan upcoming resource requiments based on where each client sits within the sales cycle

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is essentially infinitely customizable and can be configured to fit pretty much any use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is notoriously expensive and can be difficult to configure in a truly scalable and user friendly way without expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce serves as our CRM and most business and sales-related information is housed or passes through Salesforce at some point in time.

Fantastic for what it is!

What do you like best about the product?
The one thing that keeps my coming back to Salesforce has got to be its ability to hold information. The amount of detail you are able to store under specific accounts / profiles is absolutely incredible, and one of the main reasons that I will keep coming back to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from the steep learning curve there really isn't a whole lot that I dislilke about the software. There will be glitches here and there, but the engineering team is always quick to resolve the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management. In a job that requires us to maintain records (new and old) it is crucial to have a one stop shop where we can jump in, and make quick changes to specific profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is come up with lots of innovative features like cpq, approval process, lead assignment, opportunity management.
Also it's easy to integrate with other quoting platform.
Customer support is good from Salesforce.
Frequency of use is great.
Easy to implement with configurational changes.
Very easy to use from desktop and mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's complex to develop and integrate with another platform.
Need to comeup with AI capabilities.

Is really easy to manage sales leads and opportunities by less sales representatives.

One of the best aspects of Sales Cloud is its customization and flexibility. It is completly configurable with powerful declarative and programmatic capabilities.

Appexchange offers several useful apps and the integration process is seamless.

Easy reporting and advanced analytics features provide deep insights into sales and marketing metrics.

The use of AI with Einstein Analytics offers predictive analysis and intelligent recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box, Sales Cloud is ready to go, but customizing it based on the organization's requirements can become complex depending on the business processes, large datasets and scale of the organization.

There is a learning curve and specialized resources are required for developement and maintainence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud consolidates our prospects and customer information into a single platform. This centralization makes it easier to access, manage, target and analyze customer data, which helps with more informed sales and marketing strategies and improved customer relations.

Automating the Sales processes and lifecycle has helped to reduces manual effort, minimizes errors, and reduce the time for sales reps to focus on closing deals and building customer relationships.
