Easy to configure to meet your business needs
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer background I love the way you can configure the product to meet any business needs you might have. You have an amazing foundation of secure frameworks to build on.

The inconsistencies in the setup pages ui

Automation is key in optimising sales cloud to be able to use it to its utmost ability.

Overall sales cloud is allowing us to have a full picture of our customer.

The amount of out of the box features/objects. Less config and development required

Sometimes there are features that are automated that override my preference. Would be good to have the ability to toggle these

Helping us be more efficient with our time. By auto tracking emails, events etc, saves a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
I like that salesforce integrates easily with other products such as air call, and other legacy systems we use within our organisation. We can easily send data to salesforce to ensure we maintain a single customer view.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more complicated requirements, it requires a specialised skill to help enhance the product even more therefore can be quite expensive to enhance and upkeep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to track our investigations on customers in excel spreadsheet which made it difficult to collaborate, assign tasks and workflow approvals required to ensure we comply with our obligations

Easy Integration and Ease of use. All business needs get fulfiled in Salesforce

No major dislikes as of now. All good with Salesforce.

The features are all there. And it can integrate with a lot of solutions out there

It is too expensive and not very easy to configure and use

Sometimes the software feels clunky. It feels old and outdated at times too.

What do you like best about the product?
I use salesforce everyday to manage my customers by genearting tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attachments on the tickets at times also include signature images

It is benefiting me in managing all my customers with one ticket based system
Extremely versatile and powerful platform for revenue teams
What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of page layouts, processes and automations with Flows really make salesforce stand apart from other CRM systems. You can basically adapt it to any businesses' needs. The reporting functionality also is far superior to other products. Integrations are plentiful and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the customizability and versatility comes some serious maintenance costs. You will need a full time salesforce admin at a minimum to operate the system which adds to the "hidden" cost of using salesforce.

The ability to track our business from a sales/revenue perspective.
