Great CRM tool to enable business connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to store and engage with prospective customers for the business. To enable the seamless selling of core products via Cloud solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is subscription based and lots of key features requires additional payment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to drive and monitor pipelines of activities and been able to better plan and forecast

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Salesforce Sales Cloud for years to capture and track leads and opportunities for our Homestar Finance home loan products. Sales cloud helps us shift focus away from mundane admin tasks and on to serving and understanding the customer
What do you dislike about the product?
The back-end admin UI is not where near as intuitive as it could be. A few functions require config in 2,3 or 4 sections. It makes sense once you get used to it, but it's still the biggest drawback of the overall sales cloud interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us capture leads from multiple sources and track them in a unified way. It means that our sales team only need to work through one singular interface to perform the majority of their daily sales tasks

It is allowing us to engage with our users based on their email and our own secure data.

I like that it's possible to start using it right away with minimal configuration. However, it is also capable to have more customised use cases when the business scales.

The license can be expensive especially for a business that is just starting

As the name suggests, Salesforce's best cloud is their sales cloud.
What do you like best about the product?
Lead tracking, Opportunity conversions and tracking Accounts from Leads is one of the best parts of Salesforce sales cloud. What I appreciate most is the level of customization it offers. I can tailor the system to match my unique business processes seamlessly. Lets say I want to create a new field thats tracked as part of the conversion from lead to opps and later to custom objects, a lot of ensuite automation tools are available to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although salesforce is pretty amazing as a whole, there are some disadvantages so far. The cost and complexity of salesforce is pretty high to medium in almost all clouds. The worst part is we have to buy a license to the whole cloud, even if we just need one part of the cloud. Salesforce API limitations also prevent compatibility to a lot of external tools or even the existing systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best feature of sales cloud which has been benefiting for us is - tracking a lead and with some baisc standard automations, its Emails, Notes, tasks, extra field values, etc that are added to the lead can all be linked across to the converted accounts and opportunities.
