What do you like best about the product?
The high Smoking of customizability. We are able to build apps which replace several expensive products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sometimes redundant functionalities and features, which make it difficult to choose the right path.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Sales Cloud for over 10 years, back before Classic was Classic. Every year, Sales Cloud manages to add a new feature or enhancement to ensure ease of UI, informative user education and deeper tracking of metrics that matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
While not necessarily Sales Clouds fault, many fields need to be history tracked in a customer journey, beyond the default limit of 20. Data is cheap and storage is cheaper, so I wish this limit were increased!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following the money. Having the amount field be a default field for several integrations is very useful.
