Best product to streamline your business

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations and pre configured business flow.

Page layout and other details are easily configurable
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but layouts are pretty basics and we can do the branding nothing much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streaming the business needs to the cloud based solutions

What do you like best about the product?
There are many out of the box features that can be turned on and utilized straight away for our teams. The interfaces are easy to use and no-low code to build new features is a big seller

Nothing comes to mind, Sales Cloud is great

Sales flow, sales tracking. Forecasting.

Not easily accessible by new user, need minimum certification for better understanding

We love using Salesforce sales could because all data are in one place and every staff members know what's happening with the leads and contacts

It's just too expensive so it's hard for us to scale up our usage
