What do you like best about the product?
I like how easier it makes it to manage a sales pipelines and to prioritise opportunities. Thanks to customisation made to our lead and contact objects it is very simple to retrieve a lot of info on customers without wasting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still need to spend quite some time to feed data to the beast. It makes our reports and segmentation more accurate but takes some precious time away from more valuable tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helping us not missing any crucial checkpoints with our prospects and customers before and after onboarding

The pace at which you can covert your leads to Opportunities and have a 360 view of your customers from one place.
Saves time and sales people can focus more on what is needed more of them
