Could track whole workflow of the customer.

Nothing, But definitely salesforce just keep on changing names

We do track the whole workflow of our B2B and B2C customer that benefiting our team.

The way we can insert and filter list of data to the setting we wants, and create charts base on the informations
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires quite an a deep knowledge to be able to set a certain workflow, should work more like cursor where workflow can be describe using words.

The ease of filtering data.

it is slow and leaves an underwhelming feeling like u know the sistem can do much more but its not really optimized to do so

I like the ability to search lists & contacts, it makes it easy to find do I need to send outreach to and how is it tied to former opportunities, deals, and lead sources

I wish Salesforce had better outreach like Hubspot or Salesloft, it makes it easy having everything in one place

The sales outreach, I wish it was as easy as Hubspot is in this capacity

What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Cloud very effective for managing my leads and tracking the sales data. Its dashboards and real-time analytics help me make quick decisions which are also data driven.
What do you dislike about the product?
I some times feel salesforce cloud is a bit overwhelming as it is complex to use if the user does not have any previous experiance with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to stream line the lead management process, tracking my sales data and customer relations. It provided me with real-time insights on decision-making for the better performance of teams involved.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps to organize business contacts, vendors and data to manage day to day sales business.

Salesforce Sales Cloud lags some when updating data. Implementing can take a while.

I have been working with Salesforce Cloud since the beginning of my career in various companies. I really appreciate the level of tracking and the customized developments that are possible with the platform, tailored to different use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to improve the user interface to make it more user-friendly, similar to HubSpot.

Full available integration and customization. Great tracking of sales and financial results.
Customizable tool but loading times are not the best

Loading times when I want to look into a record, and lack of autorefresh.
