Sales cloud CRM is a good platform to manage the customers and details related to them.
What do you like best about the product?
The email automation to leads and clients from time to time is amazing. The audience report and metrics related to them is properly shown in the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of this platform is really high, so it can be lower for medium sized enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to manage the customer data and automate communications to them such as calls or sms. This has helped us to reach mass audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Most parts are intuitive, making it easy for anyone to get the hang of it quickly. Implementing it is straightforward, thanks to detailed guides and a supportive community. The customer support experience is exceptional, and there are plenty of online resources. Advanced analytics, AI integration, and customizable dashboards can boost productivity and adapt to a variety of work areas. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with many other apps and services, making it a versatile tool for any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve found its complexity and steep learning curve a bit challenging, requiring significant training and time. Slow speeds and occasional downtime, have disrupted our operations, especially when dealing with large datasets. The user interface feels somewhat overwhelming, making it difficult to navigate and find what I need. Additionally, the standard reports and dashboards lack the customization needed for more advanced reporting in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has been very helpful for me as a Customer Success Manager at Okta. It helps me keep track of all my customer interactions and manage my sales opportunities efficiently. The automation features save me a lot of time by handling repetitive tasks. I take advantage of the customizable reports and dashboards that give me clear insights into my performance. Plus, the mobile app and integration with Okta make accessing my data secure and convenient, even when I’m on the go.

Sales can be complex and there are some limits that can be reached easily in a big implementation.

It is solving being the source of truth. You can use it on any device and it is reliable enough so no users are logging interactions, etc outside of the tool.
