Takes time to get used to everything. Been using it for over 6 months and still trying to get it streamlined.

Great tool that combines multiple features in one place

I like that you can keep a well managed and organised pipeline. It is a great CRM product where you can find everything in one place. You can even connect Salesforce to your email and make work even more managable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is very slow or when there are issues you need to have IT on hand.

It is a great tool to keep all your customers organised in leads and opportunities. You can access all the information from one place and also create notes to help you keep track of the progress. It helps a lot with organising and managing your pipeline effectively.

It's always avalaible and has is very easy to use. It's got plenty of features and reminders to keep you working on leads.

Not much at all, perhaps the only thing is if it was FREE TO USE.

Customer data was disorganised and it was mostly availble in Spredsheets. Data almost lost when a employee leaves and he/she failed to give KT properly

What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesforce for Customer Communication. It is great for statistics and data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
But i would easier the interface, since there are a lots of step just for closing one case.
