It appears more streamlined and easier to use in a network setting, allowing the entire team access to the same database, which enhances collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be very time-consuming and cumbersome. The person in charge of the setup was not familiar with the type of work we do, leading to difficulties interfacing with our proprietary design application. This mismatch made it challenging to integrate Salesforce with our existing systems effectively. Additionally, I find the platform cumbersome and difficult to use for individual contributors, as simpler tools like Excel can be more efficient. The platform could benefit from easier data import and manipulation processes to enhance usability.

1. The Business Manager is very slow, the Development/QA sandbox is super slow which impacts total Development/QA task timeline.
2. Some options in the BM are unnecessary as this much level of customization isn't required for most of the website. The user should be given the power to hide/display the options as per the website requirement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop solution - I don't need to go to multiple apps to complete the task. I can make changes as per my requirement in the single BM only. For example (Headless), i don't need to go to the Contentstack to handle the page content, i dont need to go to the Bloomreach for emails and promotions, i don't need to go to the Bigcommerce BM to handle orders and products, etc. Saleforce is best - all type of solution under single BM.
