Customizable and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use. have used it at multiple businesses so it was customized differently but it is intuitively the same reporting and integrations etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
depending on how it was set up can be difficult to pull reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organizing accounts and contacts as well as insights to territory

Salesforce Sales Cloud is great because it can be customized down to the brass tacks for any organization and their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pro is also the con - because of the vast customization options, it's easy to have built for one department that doesn't translate to others. For example, our org built it out for Finance rather than Sales initially so some of the buildout doens't make sense. This is definitely not a product fault, of course, but ideally, there would be a way to make different templates or versions ot be used by different departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone in a joint Account Executive/Account Manager role, it's important for me to be able to manage, from a high level and also a drilldown, all existing customers and prospects and the stages that each opportunity is in. I love the dynamic nature of report building and the ability to filter or categorize by virtually any field based on what is important to me. The vast amount of integrations (I currently use the BoostUp, Docusign and Clari (Groove) integrations) helps me keep one centralized space to track and plan for all my sales opportunities.
I think Salesforce can be overwhelming for a new rep or user to pick up. It is not particularly aesthetic and the UI isn't always easy to navigate. It's kind of similar to snowboarding; as they say, "hard to learn, easy to master." For more seasoned reps, it can be a super powerful tool.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the customization options salesforce provides , I also like the community support salesforce provides.

What I dislike the most is the cost, the platform can be a little expensive for some users .

Sales force is helping me when it comes to organizing customer data , which helps with better decision making .

Powerful, connects multiple tools and abilities into a hollistic package.

It's possible to get lost, or to miss opportunities, if you don't have an expert onboarding and supporting you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting multiple efforts, from marketing, lead gen, sales enablement, pre-sales, sales - all the way down the funnel and connected to business results.

Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboar interface is easy and provide actionable visualizations to support reports extract and reaching specifc data - easy data-driven decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance information looks confusing. I would enjoy having a dinamic tutorial playing on my first login. I use almost everyday checking timecards and employee/contractors information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On my end the most important is that Salesforce centralize our operations, reducing the time and data loose while switching between platforms and improves data accuracy on the reports I need to extract.
New CRM software for machine builders
What do you like best about the product?
We like the platform concept and the combination of Sales, Service, and Field Service the most. The integration of other software through their App Exchange is also extremely advantageous. No interface and easy installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports could be better and more comprehensive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our leads and opportunities better represented in a pipeline and the 360-degree view of the customer.
Fantastic program for consolidating communications
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the Einstein features. With these features the communications automatically sync into the platform from your email provider without much manual intervention. It was super easy to set this up and makes our daily communications sync in real time. I love being able to open up an account and see all of our interactions with those clients stored in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many things I dislike, the only downsides are hidden upsides. There is a ton of customization available in the platform which is as great as it is tedious and time consuming. The support team is amazing in helping with this though, so there is really no downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping us create a repository for all of our client communication. We previously just had it all stored in our personal phones and emails and Salesforce is helping us consolidate it all into one place so we have an ongoing record of all of our communication.

Very easily able to forecast accurately, keep track of my pipeline and organize accounts and contacts

the UX could be better. Very easy to use but doesnt necesarrily look the best

Nice CRM product that solves a lot of case management things

Salesforce is continuing to deliver excellent value for us and in combination with Litify is our main CRM tool.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

A lot of case management, tracking, email marketing, calls and etc. that have to do with our client base and keeping up our business

Easdy to use and find info needed to support large client bases
