Comprehensive Customer View, but Customization Limitations Cause Frustration

What do you like best about the product?
It’s nice to have in one location all of our customer information for cases leads and opportunities so our sales team can reference at 360 view of a customer when a lead is entered into sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are specific fields on the opportunity object that we cannot uncheck as required, which causes confusion for our sales team as these fields are not needed within our organization. Customizations like this, make it difficult for our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us manage our leads in one location. Leads are entered from external sources, which allows our sales teams to review them before passing along these leads to our customers to complete sales.

I wish we could do more with reports and dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the setup of Salesforce Maps straightforward and similar to Google Maps, making it easy to get accustomed to. The platform's direction capabilities are particularly useful, helping me find the places I need to go. It effectively simplifies my life by making navigating to desired locations easier.

I find the product simplifies finding directions, making my life easier and helping me locate places I want to go, like event venues.

What do you like best about the product?
I value Salesforce Sales Cloud for improving our sales tracking by transitioning from Excel sheets to a more efficient digital format. The system has increased payment efficiency and data accuracy. The streamlined process makes managing workflows much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup challenging due to the lack of resources available for the implementation. Additionally, I encounter difficulties with the user adaptability of the system, as it is somewhat hard to encourage users to input data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sales Cloud to track sales that were previously managed on Excel, improving payment efficiency and data accuracy.

Ease of use and navigation. Contacts are clean and easily identifiable. The team is able to quickly work though the details.

The price, a little expensive but at the end. Well worth the costs.
