What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its comprehensive 360° customer view, paired with robust automation features. It centralizes all sales activities, interactions, and insights, making it much easier to manage everything in one place. By automating repetitive tasks, it allows the team to concentrate more on selling rather than getting bogged down by routine work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software comes with a steep learning curve, making it overly complex for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool addresses the challenge of gaining visibility in sales. It helps ensure that important sales information is accessible and clear.

Solid CRM with Integration Challenges

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to easily customize Salesforce to fit our business needs, which offers flexibility in our CRM implementation. The out-of-the-box features such as opportunity teams, account teams, some forecast capabilities, and contract management are particularly useful in streamlining operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the transition from the classic to the Lightning version on Salesforce to be quite challenging. Understanding and adapting users to this new interface was not very straightforward. Furthermore, the current licenses could be more clearly defined in terms of what features they include and how they benefit users. This makes it difficult to fully utilize the available features without clear guidance. While the product is beneficial for large enterprises, it might not be as well-suited for smaller operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud accelerates CRM implementation and customization based on business needs, benefiting my work through easy customization for different users.

What do you like best about the product?
Consistently growing roadmap, multiple levels of development accessibility and scalability
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations to the interface, when the business needs a dense form it is only possible to make a very long scrolling page or force them to seek alternatives. Don’t have money for yet another vendor just for forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly identify the funnel for many users while allowing configured enhancements.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the straightforward and easy setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud, as the setups are well-defined. Navigating through the UI is simple once understanding the concept of custom and standard objects. Leveraging leads, opportunities, and custom objects is beneficial. The 360-degree view of users is impressive and adds significant value. Integration with other software to populate leads, especially through FormTitan, is seamless. The use of standard objects, custom objects, permissions, and campaigns enhances functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the permission settings in Salesforce Sales Cloud to be challenging, particularly when the system is heavily used. The sheer number of permission sets can become cumbersome, making it difficult for developers and architects to manage effectively. I believe there could be better flexibility with permissions to improve this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I leverage leads, opportunities, and custom objects in Salesforce Sales Cloud to efficiently manage sales cycles, from lead generation to finalizing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud for its integration capabilities and the Customer 360 feature, which provide a comprehensive view of the customer. The product analytics, subscriptions, and polls help me enhance reporting and manage white space effectively.
