What do you like best about the product?
As per my perception the data processing speed, easy navigation and it's analytics space is one of the best tools i have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing considerable to dislike but the costing side is a bit on the higher side as i was exposed it in a pretty small sized organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most help features found were automation of repetitive tasks which took up most of our teams time and efforts. This saved time and opened scope to take up more projects and enhancing overall efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease to use, you have just to connect with your email and your profile is automatically filled and ready to use. A lot of features about opportunities, customers, numbers and it's integrates a kind of AI. The cusyomer support is efficient when I asked for an issue. I use it daily as it a kind of assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The diffirence betwwen the classic view and the new one. I have to switch between the two in order to find easly all my needed features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more need to manualy foolow opportunities, no need for excel files evrything is done via sales Force. I can also foolow cooleagues instructions and information, plan next steps, share information

Salesforce sales cloud a a suite of tools that help our leadership team make some sense of the pipeline and leads that are being worked on by our sales and marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat complicated to integrate and get started with the Salescloud. it needs a village to run and maintain the data and its structures. It is somewhat a legacy tool, so at times can seem dated in terms of functionality.

Salesforce Sales cloud provides the whole truth in terms of the the sales and marketing efforts as well as lead tracking and pipeline overview. Through Salesforce Sales Cloud, all out Sales data is put into one place and helps users track lead pipeline and oppurtunity stages in the system.

Customizable, scalable,AI-Driven, automated, insightful,efficient, integrated, centralized, productive and flexible. These words define Salesforce for me.

It is powerful but expensive and complex for beginner.

A centralized place for all data. A place to easily see important information. I log into Salesforce every day.

It is hard to manage data cleanliness. Need a person to oversee the Salesforce instance otherwise can get extremely complex and have duplicate information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving having info in all different places, centralizing it. Additionally , keeps record of things that are important for certain times in the future (for example a big partners birthday).

The Customer Relationship Management(CRM) provided by Salesforce which our company frequently uses has helped our company to manage customer data, sales operations, and marketing campaigns. In past days when this platform was not in the market, we used to handle all our customer data manually, which was very time consuming. By using this centralized platform, we can easily manage our business and keep track of customer interactions and sales data.
I can easily integrate it with thirdy party applications, which helps us a lit in doing our work productively. It is also easily accessible from devices such as Mobile application, , Desktop application or Web Browser. We can easily implement customer support and provide best services to the Customers.

Sometimes the users feel that the UI of this platform is not easy to navigate.
This platform supports low-code tools but they sometimes not fully address all business needs without more advanced coding.

Our main problem was regarding Customer Data Management which we used to do manually, leading to inefficiency and highly time consuming. This platform provides Centralized Customer Data Management which helped us to solve our main issue of managing the data. Along with this, they also provide variety of powerful tools to help our business.

The workflows are very customisable and easy to use. Being a post sales employee, it is very convinient to navigate through the lifecycle of various opportunities and the entire salesforce ecosystem has helped out organisation achieve success in pre and post sales
