Flexible Yet Customization Overload
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the visibility Salesforce Sales Cloud provides to my executive team and how it allows me to arrange my time better. I find the auto-signing feature with DocuSign integration very useful, along with the ability to track my reps' ongoing processes. Additionally, the UI, visibility, and option to share opportunities are significant advantages that would make me consider purchasing it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the onboarding process for Salesforce Sales Cloud quite challenging. Although it offers flexibility, this same flexibility leads to complications when switching between companies, as each switch requires a customized onboarding process, which becomes tiring over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides visibility to my executive team and allows me to manage my time better.
Flexible and Customizable, but Can Be Complex and Heavy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the Salesforce platform is its flexibility for customization. You can tailor it to fit different business needs, and it integrates easily with a wide range of AppExchange apps for seamless syncing and extended functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its flexibility, Salesforce Sales Cloud can become quite complex. Every time we want to build or change something, we have to think through all the details carefully—otherwise that flexibility can turn into extra complexity. I also find the calendar limiting, since you can only add people who are Salesforce users. And the mobile app is super heavy. They should just be a separate calendar app or something to check the schedule so it won’t be so heavy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps centralize all our sales activities—leads, opportunities, and customer data—into one shared system. It gives everyone visibility into the pipeline, which makes tracking progress and forecasting much easier. Automations also reduce manual tasks, so the team can focus more on actual selling instead of updating records.
User-Friendly with Great Features, but Dated Design

It is very user friendly and has a lot of useful features

It seems sort of out of date design wise but works well

It’s generating leads we are just staring to use it

Centralized Data and Ease of Use with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Salesforce Sales Cloud consolidates all our data into one place, which helps streamline our financial processes. I also find using leads, opportunities, accounts, and automation features for flows incredibly valuable. Additionally, I find the ease of use compelling enough to consider repurchasing the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process for Salesforce Sales Cloud had its own set of challenges. Additionally, aligning on what we wanted to achieve with the tool itself was one of the initial difficulties we faced. It was crucial to get all our data consolidated in one place, which posed a significant challenge initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Salesforce helps organize all our data in one place, assisting us in managing financial operations effectively.
Great for Customer Outreach, But Needs Better Data Cleanup Tools

Connecting with customers and being able to email/phone them directly from the tool

Messy data. Need data cleanup tools to analyze our data.
