My experience as a Dynatrace Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace offers a great platform for combined observability and visibility for my infrastructure, apps and services. It offers a big variety of features, that are easy to integrate and install.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynatrace has a big learning curve. Most things are user friendly but require a lot of reading to get used to. Also at times the customer support at tickets is a bit too slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace helps to combine all observability tools in one platform. There is no need to have many different platforms, views logs and alerts on different platforms, you can see everything in the Dynatrace tenant and its dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
The inhouse collection of data from different source and analytics makes life easier for supoorting the applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex traversing from the dashboard. Better to have a read me / user manual documnet in the webui for any navigation across the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace solves the Application performance monitiring and incident response much better than traditional logging and old fashioned processes.

Learning curve can be long. Configuration takes some expertise.

Provides insight into performance, helps in troubleshooting issues and maintain stability
Easy to use, lots to learn
What do you like best about the product?
DT is very useful when it comes to identifying problems. I enjoy all the different offerings it provides to get to the root cause.
What do you dislike about the product?
Today on the SaaS solution it seems like I need to reload a lot of the apps whenever I spend a couple of minutes on one. For instance I can be looking at services in a management zone and select one of my services. After doing some analysis and clicking the service app once more, I would hope it take me to see all my services again but this is not the case it just displays the same service i was just seeing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DT has been instrumental when it comes to problem finding and it has enable me to find root cause faster and push fixes almost immediate once the root cause has been identified or even rollback to a previous working version.
A platform that provides a great amount of information and services
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the depth of information available from the platform, and the different services offered that make troubleshooting and monitoring easier. It is easy to implement and install the agent, and it will be used frequently as we get more familiar with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit overwhelming to learn due to the amount of information and services available, but that is not necessarily a bad problem to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with monitoring and diagnosing cloud infrastructure issues, as well as on-prem issues, and it ties all the information between both systems well.

From Intro to Productive
What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is intuitive to use out of the box. Once you learn, you can perform more in depth analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Metrics can sometimes lag by a minute or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our monitored entities, Dynatrace provides a very simple way to trace and quickly find issues.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the capability of one agent after working with filbebeat and logstash for more years, how easy to setup oneagent and amazing job it does.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logs viewing part is not good, i cant find the logs in a easy way and the new UI for logs is not that good too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service metrics are monitored very good, it will alert us as soon as the problem is happened and shows the root cause analysis.
Exceptional product have to work on AIOps automation
