What do you like best about the product?
The product offering is extensive and maintains to be best in class with monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost model is more expensive and has removed features which were relevant with the AppMon product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required more insights into our technology, with ability to track the core metrics of our application.

Dashboards and Support process needs little better process

Svc delays and risk of breaching SLAs and drill down to root cause along with Purepath
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, because it heading in the right direction of technology future. Any org trying to setup new APM solution should definitely go for this. Based on tech notes and blog this company doing every week, it’s the best solution in the market. I would definitely choose to go in this direction.

Performance Monitoring using Dynatrace (OneAgent)

What do you like best about the product?
Data Presentation and dashboards are intuitive and easy to use and understand. Cloud solution allowed faster adoption. Application implementation once agents are installed was relatively simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agent version management is cumbersome and labor intensive. Agent upgrade can be labor intensive depending on application. APM solution was expensive and additional application and features are added costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance monitoring on mission critical applications, Synthetic Monitoring and Network Performance Monitoring. We are able to detect a number of issues with the Dynatrace OneAgent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Dynatrace for mission critical applications. Leadership buy in is key as the tools require significant investments both in Capital and Resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it's most feature specifically like Drill-down, Errors/Exception, detailed analysis of Class and methods up to any level of analysis. You can get the error details from Dynatrace you can find no where.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lazy screen loading is a factor that needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Production performance monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Customised Dashboard functionality, Purepath and DB hit ratio helps us letting us know about the current status of our application, Drill down feature allow us to investigate in depth, Transaction Flow is another good thing i like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login screen still needs improvement. Start center takes time in loading

What do you like best about the product?
View Pure paths (transactions) from past so it is really the best tool to analyse the old production issues. Helps in displaying summary of what going on in application sever, for ex. DB hit ration. Helps identifying the bottlenecks in application efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow in initialisation. Takes time to display transactions. Need to improve more on error/exception handling information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application and production monitoring.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall very good and only tool to give you final results sometimes.. certainly recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
One if the best apm solution which can be used in lower life cycle analysis and deep dive. Comes with tons of ability like thread, cpu , memory' profiling .it's purepath and correlation ability stand out among other tools in this category. Business transactions are great way to represent metrics from application functional and usage perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a great solution for large production (2000+ jvms) deployment given the license and upgrades. Dynatrace client is heavy in client machine memory as expected given the nature of the data it anaylse

Performance deep dive analysis and tunning.memory and cu profiling

New web based deployment is great for large installation but may not provide the same ability as the thick client
