Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. One single point to manage all monitoring. Of many different product and application types across the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing costs are very high which means we have to review regularly what to monitor due to limited licenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrance is a monitoring software for several cloud accounts that are analyzed to keep the user informed through their tools, this allows a complete monitoring of each complete application. It works when necessary and the features it offers for tracking are the best in its category.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can say against Dynatrace, all the doubts that we have were canceled once we use it, now we are more than satisfactory for the good choice, which is not only essential for the tracking of the other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use, Dynatrace does not require much experience to start using it, it is increasingly easy to use, it is proof that the technology has made a positive change, this software shows in a detailed report the problem that occurs in some applications together with its location.
Dynatrace : The best tool for performance monitoring and management
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface ,the various option to drill down and analyze the pure-paths issue in services ,web pages, database sql queries and memory leakage make this tool one of the best tool in the market for the purpose of Application Performance Monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is a desktop based application and it consumes lot of memory and cpu usage is high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the performance by monitoring the time taken in each steps.Also its give the report on the number of hits and flows of data .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be it webservices (SOAP .or REST) ,webpages or any other jobs it is recommended to use Dynatrace to identify the performance bottlenecks and improve them to deliver fast response and reduce latency.

Sometimes it's too much information, it's not so easy to drill down into the current issue.

It's a very comprehensive product, it can be used to do simple analysis or very deep dive into processes that may be giving you troubles on your servers. It's a must have for companies of any size.

This is very nice product for root cause analysis and monitoring real time transactions. DTSAAS is very helpful for monitoring server health.

Dynatrace installation and integration should be more simple. It takes time to load large no of transactions.

Installation is super user friendly, once installed user will have various options to track the resource utilization to address pergormance caused due resource crunch. Its not easy to understand underlying issue caused due to CPU spikes when the number of supported applications are in 1000’s. Dynatrace collects all the logs and provides a detailed summary along with the timelines which makes System Administrators/ Service Engineers to analyze and address the issue proactively.
What do you dislike about the product?
This needs to be installed on each Application Tier server and Data server manually, this is a hectic job when you have 1000’s servers.

Application availability and trouble shooting performance issuesdue to load and resource utilization. This helps us identify the underlying problem and provide a permanent solution.
Great way to get a instant trace from any client source on your network

Agent deployment, a self-contained stop/start agent for users to conduct instant capture, console options for slicing and dicing

Support is responsive but only via email, no number to call. Based on response emails, support is European based
