I need more exportable dynamics reports

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is a very accesible application for each part of the world. In my opinion this is the best application for monitoring your system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that we have to have most exportable dynamics reports for share with our partners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dynatrace for analyze strees test that we have performed. This tool its very usefull for analyze and determine where is the bottleneck

What do you like best about the product?
Overall application performance monitoring including the deep dive monitoring of all the transactions, user experience monitoring and RCA using AI causation
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be definitely improved and also the some of the platform coverage can be extended
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall user experience improvement with Dynatrace and also identifying the performance issues in live applications
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dynatrace is expert on APM area and they have evolved over a period of time from APM to observability space

What do you like best about the product?
User tracking capabilities. Also very interesting the problems section in order to analyse any error and the posibility to track what other services are affected by a root cause

It takes a bit long to get used or to get to know everything what dynatrace is offering and what are the configuring requirements for those features

Check at one glance performance problems and identify the rootcause

What do you like best about the product?
Much less configuration required than other monitoring products. AI engine is very useful for detecting and notifying service/infrastructure issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some feature releases do not fit the processes for a large scale enterprise. The integrations to Service Management tools could be more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Infrastructure issues such as database resource problems, that then become application impacting.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy deployment and quick monitoring start is incomparable. Integration with other solutions is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and chat support. Chat support is not good enough to answer the queries. Local Dynatrace support team need to be increased.

Poor user experience with no visibility of application.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace has an excellent ability trace any web transaction. DrillDown feature is nice to go in depth in any transaction on application server. Pure path analytics is the another feature which gives you ability to list all transactions using the url. Filter option based on time, path and multiple custom parameters which are application specific. There are several configurations at server level in dynatrace like configuring custom dashboards, Transaction flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this might be out of scope for dynatrace but some transactions can not be tracked like when application is using the web service. It cannot be traced the response some time with Dynatrace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace is an excellent tool to pin point the actual root cause of the issue. We fount this ultimately beneficial.

If you are tired of locating the root cause of critical production issues, Dynatrace going to help you.Must tool.
