What do you like best about the product?
Great product, easy to implement. Great support. Great consulting team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed of product releases can be hinderance on some processes. Debug process and support process can be time consuming depending on the type of the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application performance issues.
App Mon is crucial for helping find code issues quickly

The deep dive into the tracing helps us to see each hop, where code is spending time, and why.

The new layout is a little tricky to navigate compared to the older version.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is the best offer right now in the market of APM. According to our esperience, Dynatrace is by far ahead of their competence cause the of integration and deployment in both cloud and on premise infrarestructures. The quality of information that it delivers is invaluable. One thing to get in mind is that if your are new to APM it will be a great idea to take the Dynatrace Univsersity training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynatrace might not be the cheapest tool out in the market. The efforts that the company has done in R&D are reflected in the final price. Against its competition it is a disadvantage but, as always, the final desition is up to the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace has the capability to resolve different kind of problems, from infrastructure to application performance. When you take advantage of the IA to find cause/root for application performance issues, or to get to know better to your customer, it makes all sense.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend you to take the demo, make a POC in your own environment. So You will fall inloved with.

What do you like best about the product?
End to end monitoring and visibility for every customer end to end bring lot of values and oppurtunity for improvements. This toll helped us to solve most of the issue quicker and helped to find the root cause quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
PurePath offline download option in Ap Mon is not exist in Dynatrace one agent. We are big PurePath user and BT user. Lot fo filter and split BT we used both real time and Offline. Now we are missing those.

All production issue from application space and also the environment space.

This tool will definitely bring lot of values from both System monitoring and customer experience perspective.

Excellent features that Dynatrace offers for monitoring our front end and back end applications enabling a faster root causes analysis to deliver high performant applications to our customers

Installing updates on AppMon is a tedious process

This has served a great tool for optimizing database utilization, understanding external vendor latency and its impact, inter tier error and exceptions and infrastructure limitations
