Perfect for daily usage
What do you like best about the product?
we are working remotely Lucid is really necessary for us it helps us collaborate from different locations for our projects. its super easy and efficient to use. It has great set of features you can share items just by using drag feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learnng curve is not difficult but it takes a bit of time to get to used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid works like a charm for us. Its a must have project management tool. we use it in integration with different google tools as well. We havent faced any major issues with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us connect with our team from anywhere. Its very simple easy to use and has great features which helps us manage our workflow. Its great for project management.

It gets a bit buggy sometimes which means the performance is impacted after long usage.

Its a pretty powerful project management tool. It has great features such as whiteboarding and virtual meetings. Its great if you are not working from office.

What do you like best about the product?
They have the best User interface and user experience on their platform and also their healthy & secure infrastructure gives a very high optemestic solution for our virtual collaboration with team and clients.

Lucid user support and frequent use make them our effective part for our team management and also their ease implemetation and integration make the more useful platform for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid provide number of solution like Diagramming, mapping and whiteboards and also we can communicate with team and collaborate on any project wit very effective solutions. Their user interface make them more reliable for me and also I recoomend them with my friends and colleagues.

I like using it because it comes with pre-made templates, it has a wide variety of shapes related to each field of knowledge. I like being able to use this platform to easily demonstrate workflows and ideas. I like that there are many different templates available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to mark an item that I commonly use. It can be expensive compared to other available applications. It can be difficult to re-adjust an existing diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the best tools to model requirements in a very clear way. It has many predefined categories that you can choose from. I mainly use it to draw flowcharts, the use of this software is essential in my daily work. It helps to provide a visual representation of what makes up our network.

The good thing about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite it's a cloud-based, that enables users to access diagrams from anywhere as long as they're connected to internet. It's also a great tool when it comes to collaboration and brainstorming ideas during meetings. We can assess and propose edits to all the flow charts in real time.
Scalable, customizable with the ability to customise the product to many uses, i.e planning, progress and drafting ideas in real-time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity for new users. It took me some time to get used to it. Meanwhile I find the customer support so valuable and proactive.

Lucid Chart is a great tool for collaboration and brainstorming ideas into reality during meetings. It makes it easy to collaborate with teams in different time zones and from anywhere at any time. Overall, this has been great tool to visualize workflows, brainstorm ideas and planning projects/collaborate with my team members.

Lucid has really reshaped our project management and client engagement through most of its robust features in visual collaboration. Real-time brainstorming, interactive diagrams, and seamless integration with CRM systems make all the difference. As a Key Account Manager, I appreciate how Lucid's intuitive interface makes it easy to visualize complex workflows and client data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more advanced features on top of the reporting features. On the other side, Lucid does great at visualizing and planning—customizable templates, interactive dashboards—but if it had more granular reporting capabilities, that would really drive performance tracking and client-specific insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid simplifies complex client projects with collaborative whiteboarding, task tracking, and integration with other business tools. In this one-stop shop, everyone will be on the same page—literally—with heightened productivity and deeper client relationships.
