Good collaborative platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can collaborate in real time with your team. It is helpful to see exactly where they are on the chart as well. It is easy to share with other people and download to your device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is a little touchy in the sense that I will attempt to make a small change, but the chart makes a major alteration. It also doesn't update as soon as my team makes edits, so sometimes two people will be trying to do the same thing at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We created an Entity Relationship Diagram, which allowed us to see connections in a potential business.
Lucid for creating wrokflows for HDD and LDD
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart and Lucid Spark which is part of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite have helped me many times to bring my ideas and thoughts in a tangible and easy-to-understand visual. I have been using Lucidchart for more than 3 years now and I am impressed by its infinite canvas, collaboration features, and integration with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main issues I have faced while using Lucid is with the export of files in certain formats sometimes. This limits my ability to share my work with my fellow colleagues and friends. Though it's simple UI/UX design, sometimes, the new features can be a bit hard to understand. I would recommend a better onboarding experience and new features for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid has helped me and my colleagues do asynchronous work more efficiently and get my best foot forward for presentations and research paper ideation. The flexibility it provides of collaboration helps me work with my team efficitely and get the job done very quickly.
Good App
What do you like best about the product?
The application was relatively easy to use without much instruction needed
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest drawback is that there's no desktop application that is available so it makes it challenging to use it if I wanna work off-line
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found that the app was a little bit sluggish and that the navigation was problematic
Good Visual
What do you like best about the product?
Seems faily simple to use and organize to visualize our operation structure
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything; maybe the chart could be a little more compact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with planning when working is a group setting and sharing.
It seems to be user friendly and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and I am learning how the functions that I am familiar with in Visio are easy to replicate in Lucid
What do you dislike about the product?
The file management function seems to be difficult to understand but that may just be a learning curve issue for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting IT strategy and developing enterprise application roadmaps. I plan on using it for business process modeling shortly.
The Premium Experience is Worth It!
What do you like best about the product?
Between flow-chart features and thousands of awesome premium templates, Lucid is a great way to make a picture that says a lot about whatever topic you are illustrating.
What do you dislike about the product?
To truly get good use out of Lucid, you have to use a paid subscription account. The premium features are necessary to create a professional product. The free version is not very useful, especially due to limited features and even moreso due to limited number of objects/shapes per document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helping to compile information into one visual that consolidates concepts/systems/ideas.
Great tool

I really enjoyed how easy it was to set up a flow. I liked the colour scheme (more important than you think), functionality and that it was easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop up windows were slightly annoying to close. However, if I were not in a rush, I'd enjoy reading through them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualisation of business processes, highlighting weaknesses and strenths.

Conveniently Impactful and Strong Platform for Software Projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is very smooth and appealing for normal people too and makes it very convenient for new users like me to create and develop visual charts and diagrams for my software project and is also a very powerful tool which also provides great templates for your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform still needs to work on the coding aspect of the diagrams and also a great community with experts in industries who can help us new users on our journey as it sometimes does not provide the diagrams as we expect which might be a hindrance for someone who does not have any knowlede of charts and diagrams. A better suggestion would be to provide some basic guides and tutorials for the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me develop mind maps and also provide great templates for diagrams required for my software project.
