What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a tool, accessible in terms of price and interesting int terms of leisure, allows to create intelligent graphics at very low cost both psychological and time, fulfilled the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many templates which make my work easier, it is easy to use, it is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to create intelligent graphics in a dynmaic and flexible way.

Lucid is an amazing tool that changed the way my team works. It integrates Lucidspark and Lucidchart, which allows visual collaboration in each an every stage of the project. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. All team members can contribute effectively in brainstorming.

There is nothing that I dislike about Lucid, it is intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to create composite diagrams; our productivy has grown significantly. Lucid is an advantage for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I've found the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be incredibly useful for my team. It’s easy to use and implement, which made getting started a smooth process. The customer support is responsive and helpful, though we rarely need it due to the user-friendly design. We use it frequently, and the wide range of features covers most of our needs. However, integrating it with other tools could be more seamless.

the interface can feel a bit cluttered, especially when dealing with large projects. The cost can add up for teams needing multiple licenses, which might not be ideal for smaller budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solves several key problems for us. It simplifies the process of visualizing complex ideas and workflows, which has made team collaboration more effective, especially when working remotely. It also provides a very user-friendly interface that is easy and lightweight to interact with making it easy to surf through the whole system. It provides a rich collection of shapes making it possible to create any kind of diagram that we need to. Another captivating feature in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the team collaboration space that makes it possible for our entire team to take part in our diagramming projects. It also has a well documented self support centre which makes it easy to find quick fixes to smaller challenges and also offers an opportunity to learn how we can make the best use of the available features.
