Great Org Chart Software!!
What do you like best about the product?
So far, I have only used the org chart piece of Lucid, but what I have used and seen, is by far better than what our ATS can create for us. Not only can I import the names from my ATS, but then Lucid keeps it in the format, but makes it look so much nicer! You can also manually create small org charts, and it is super easy, user friendly, and customizable with shapes, arrows, etc. Pretty inexpensive for what all I plan to use it for- so highly recommend!
It was super easy to implement! All you need is to sign in and create an account. I have used it quite a few times already, and have not needed any support yet, although I do receive messages from them, asking if I need help, which is great!

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't really dislike anything about Lucid. One time when I was importing from my ATS, two people from my org chart ended up on different pages, but I think that was user error, not the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helping me solve an org chart problem. Our ATS should be able to provide a nice, clean org chart, but they took that functionality away from us, so it's very difficult to read. Lucid has helped tremendously in presenting org charts with pictures very quickly and on the go as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The most usefull is that you can arrange the shapes as you whant, the thing that can be improved is to have a quick tutorial showing easy and complex diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
i am not a very creative person, it would be great to see videos of people showing the true potential of these software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
doing the organigram of the company and also the workflow proceses, right now the company is doing the manuals for many of the labors that we use.

One area where Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could improve is in creating drag-and-drop movable timelines in a calendar style, similar to what MS Project offers. As a project manager, I rely heavily on tools that allow me to create dependencies and define slack in a project timeline easily. Unfortunately, Lucid doesn't provide the same level of ease or flexibility in managing project timelines, which is a critical feature for detailed project planning and execution. This limitation means I often have to use additional tools for timeline management, which can disrupt the workflow.

As a project manager with over 9 years of experience, I often need to ensure that complex ideas are communicated clearly and that my team stays aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Lucid helps solve these problems by providing a platform where I can visually map out workflows, processes, and project plans. The real-time collaboration feature eliminates the issues of miscommunication and delays, as all team members can contribute and see updates instantly, regardless of their location. This leads to better decision-making, quicker problem-solving, and a more efficient workflow. Additionally, Lucid’s integration with other tools we use daily streamlines our processes, reducing the need for switching between multiple applications and thereby saving time and increasing productivity.

Lucid's Visual Collaboration suite streamlines teamwork and helps articulate complex ideas. I enjoy the mapping tools available to help me and my teammates visualize process flows and workflows. The collaboration component enables my team to stay on the same page. The real-time collaboration features also mean that multiple people can work on the same document simultaneously, which is great for brainstorming and ensuring that everyone’s input is counted. It's as robust as it is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Practice makes perfect, and while there is an academy to up ones knowledge, extending the content within the library for more use cases would be helpful

Lucid is enabling me and my team to map critical processes across our sales, marketing, and operations departments.
Simple collaboration with a robust feature set
What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboarding features of LucidSpark have become a go to in terms of planning and feedback when developing software for our clients. It is easy to onboard users, create collaborative spaces, and organize our files. We use it regularly and refer back to it often while in a project. The named cards for feedback are very useful to us to remember who gave what feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find any major dislikes in the tools at this point! They serve my needs just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get real-time collaborative feedback can really speed up those cycles that can often drag out over too much time. I can mention and get answers quickly from other coworkers. I can embed links and other images as well to keep contextual information available.
Client access: I can easily invite clients to view things we're working on and get their feedback even if they're not part of our organization. The access is very helpfulf or visiblity in a project.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i like about Lucid Visual collaboration suite is that it has powerful set of tools which helps us to enhance team work . And it helps us combine various elements like different diagram and flowcharts and mind maps . It also has a very nice user interface , which helps us use the website easily .It can help us to improve our productivity and be on the same track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing which i dont like is the pricing model , becuase everyone in my team can't afford it.

The problems which lucid visual has solved to me is that , it helps me to translate my ideas in clear way .This makes it easier to explain and anyone to understand the idea .It helps in real -time collabration by allows multiple users to work on the same project on same time to increase the efficency . And this software is also very easy to use and it's ui/ux is good .It also helps in integration with other tools to work on different platform on the same time and makes it easy to switch between different apps and technology.
Fantastic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I find workflows extrememly helpful as we design and build new processes. Lucid makes this process incredibly easy and efficient. While the collaboration features allow our team to create and update our documents smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only think that tris me up is the scroll wheel controls the zoom vs page navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are designing our entire business process flow on Lucid as well at the software implementation process. Particularly helpful as we begin implemntation and continue on to maintaining these processes.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing tool for demostrating my ideas with the help of a diagrammatic flows and helps me in my ppts. The platform allows for the creation of complex network diagrams and threat models with ease and flexibility. Its user-friendly interface ensures that everyone remains aligned in real time during incident response activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till the time there is no feature that I don't like. It is just the pricing, it could be flexible a bit for the users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to be more productive at work and present my ideas in diagrammatic way and help me to be a more reliable resource in my company. Earlier it was very difficult for my team to collaborate for difficult scenarios, but for now, after using Lucid, it became very easy for the team to collaborate and work collectively on common tasks.
Easy to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes it so easy to collaborate and share ideas. You can get in and comment on others posts, reorganize as needed, color code to easily see what others have shared. We use it a lot when brainstorming in schematic design. Its so easy to drop things in real time than save them all up to present at another times. Its made our design process a lot smoother and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside. We've used Micro in the past which is similar but just different enough that it took a bit to figure out the best way to organize in Lucid. Not bad just different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its streamlined our schematic design and programming phase. We share ideas and work through it much more efficiently now.
