A little Hard to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The templates. They are easy to pick from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Also the templates as it would be nice if the most easy, requested ones were first choices. Hard to navigate

Best Diagram Tool on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is one of the easiest to use, but robust diagram making software I have had the pleasure of using. I typically use it to mock up diagrams for concepts I am going to explain in meetings. The built in shapes and controls provide the user with the building blocks to propely represent issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the AI integrations, I feel they are uncesseary

Helps me to explain solutions to programming issues diagramatically
Excellent tool for project Discovery and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Tools, flow charts are easy to use. Folder set up makes exploring other team member's project boards simple
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes spring to mind. The tool works well for its purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Business Analyst I often am required to explain complicated processes to developers. Lucid is a huge help to me and our team when making these processes visual and clear
Helpful took for network analysis
What do you like best about the product?
It is highly editable, adjustable, intuitive and easy to navigate. It is also aesthetically appealing and easy for viewers to digest large graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to upload data using the AI feature, it is not that clear to me. I would also appreciate some templates more complex network diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for a large network chart which is very complicated to write down and is much better and digestable visually speaking.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very user friendly, amazing product, have recieved lots of compliments in the office with the end product.

Wish I had some feedback to give, but no negative experience yet

Our company really needed a professionally dialed org chart that did not look like a Microsoft office product. It looks like we paid for a professionally created product.
Lucid has been a helpful and effective tool for design and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucid is the ease of use. Designing something can be learnt quick, it's easy to share with teammates remotely in a collaborative way. This really makes Lucid a very helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if this is managed by my organization but what I do not like about Lucid is the difficulty in sharing with external stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming among teams has always needed physical presence due to lack of sharing capacity visually. By that what I mean is, team members sitting at different places at same time could not earlier share their vision in an effective way. Lucid Collaboration Suite is solving that dilemma to a great extent and it is helping our team memebers to collaborate almost at the same level given that someone is willing to add value using it.
Excellent tool to build workflow for you work
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual collaboration is an excellent tool to create flow charts, roadmap and diagrams. I have personally used to create flow chart for our Engineering Process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there can be more themes and options to choose from if we are planning for a roadmap which will help in effective story telling

Lucid Chart is helping me collaborate with my team and build roadmap for products to be built future. It also helped me when I was creating an Engineering process workflow for our teams.
It has a good interaction and it good way to show stuff

Powerful diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's reasonably easy to use once you get into it. The shape library is vast and vwell-designed. The ability to generate diagrams directly from PlantUML or Mermaid is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not intuitive to start with. The AI features are far from useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When planning, discussing or brain-storming, it's much easier to fire up Lucid and start diagramming to keep the discussion and innovation going.
