I am better prepared to utilize Lucid for my position as a Product Owner.
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly. It will be easy to implement into my daily tasks and I sure it will be able meet my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for someone who isn't too familiar with building using maps and software like this, it may take a little while for me to come up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me a way to map out processes and being able to share easily with teammates is a great benefit.
Process Flow chart in a jiffy.
What do you like best about the product?
What I found most helpful was the software structure and how easy it was to navigate to create process flow charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did no dislike anything about Lucid Visual when I was using it. I was very impressed by the templates and the guide on how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly help visualizing the process flow at work and how we can fix areas where support is needed. Standardizing the process was very easy when you can visualize it with a properly layed out chart.
Intuitive UI, quick and easy to build a visually appealing process flow with consistent elements
What do you like best about the product?
As opposed to other diagramming software, Lucid has excellent user interface to build process flows that have consistent elements: positioning, sizes, color schema and built-in formulas. Consistency is important to ensure that our processes are easily readable from one document to the next. Being able to export in many different formats is crucial to ensure that the final graphic is scalable and is easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to complain about regarding the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid solves the problem in creating process flows that have consistent elements in order to create professional graphics.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to send a link to the team and get implemented right away. They have tons of features to clearly lay out each idea. I love this tool for mapping out flow charts, especially to organize thoughts and get the team aligned on overall direction. I use it all the time prior to project kick offs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its hard drag the arrows from one box to the other. I wish there were more keyboard shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely can be hard to align with the broader team. Lucid chart makes it easy for people to get on the same page.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great platform for team alignment and cooperation.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows for real time collaboration between team members on a common board that is easy to access and quick to setup. We have our weekly scrum meetings all on Lucidboard, making team alignment easy. Everyone can add their part on their time and then we can come together to review and update what everyone added.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite can be a little difficult to setup initially, as you need to find a template or setup your own to work from. The amount of options can be a bit overwhelming at first and some introduction training is needed to understand all the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration for team retrospectives and alignement meetings to be able to easily collaborate on what we are working on and any impediments they are facing.
Great Flowchart Application
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use the tools, fields, and organizational structures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was free instead of needing to pay for extra shapes.

I could not find a good way to make a clean looking flow chart and Lucid helped with that.

The cost can be high for smaller teams or individual users, especially if full access to premium features is needed. The free tier offers limited functionality.

Lucid helps by providing visual aids like flowcharts, diagrams, and mind maps, making it easier to convey complex ideas, especially for technical teams. For example, I can create flow charts or architecture diagrams during discussions on cloud infrastructure, making it easier to align stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid's user-interface and real-time collaboration features are impressively transformational to our legal workflows and documentation on compliance. It has allowed an easy coordination with the legal team and other stakeholders, thereby making real-time updates quite easily. It's great with other tools and has really smoothed over our document management and review process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found that new users may need some further training to make the best use of these powers. Second is the mobile application which, while useful, lacks some of the more sophisticated features accessed on the desktop version that would reduce productivity particularly on jobs that have high levels of detail or need to be real-time.

Legal document and compliance tracking are redefined by Lucid. Easily done with the help of preset legal diagrams and workflows that drive more collaboration with team members, Lucid brings a change in the system. Lucid supports easier management of the legal process and compliance requirements, as it makes documentation centralized and visibility better.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is a differentiation maker; it explains tricky, complex workflows through the transformation of those into visual formats. It integrates in a phenomenally embedding way with existing systems. Advanced security protocols on this platform assure calming through data protection and empower seamless, collaborative interaction. The customer support, too, has been quite responsive in helping the process of implementation flow smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has just so many functionalities that it may take some time to learn how to use this platform fully. Some of the extended customization options might be a bit hard to work with for people who seek simplicity in everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid takes complex projects head-on with no second thought by providing intuitive interfaces visually, along with collaborative and secure tools to empower our teams to work more effectively, allow the tracking of progress in real time, and protect sensitive data, things that take project results and operational security to a higher level.
