Process Charts made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to produce process charts quickly and in a way that clearly shows flows in the way they were intended. I also like the Kanban which helps me stay on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit fiddly at first and it would be helpful to get guidance on the best type of product per use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to visualise things in a much easier way than using traditional tools like Powerpoint etc

Its easy to use and get ideas out onto the sheet. Helps organize different accounts for us.

Not too many things to dislike as we don't use it super often.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucidchart can be used offline, its full functionality is best experienced online. This can be a limitation for users who frequently work in areas with poor internet connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By mapping out current processes, teams can identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Powerful and Competent Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the tooltips - when I am lost in a given area, the hints and guides make sure I can stay on track. And the UI is clean as a whistle, and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the table functions worked differently - I wanted to nest some cells and columns inside of another table and I ran into more challenges than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I use Lucid to map out internal processes and troubleshooting steps. The layout and customization allows us to make multiple charts and even help them be visually distinct from each other.
The best flowchart builder out there
What do you like best about the product?
The things I love most is how seamless the user experience is and how everything is intuitive the first time around, which is important because I don't have time to learn another tool. It had all the features I needed (and more) to create detailed process diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides come to mind. It would be nice if there was a lower pricing tier for occassional users rather than just frequent users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been invaluable in helping me create diagrams for internal processes and flows that were necessary for proving a business case.
Lucid Charts for Engineering Designs
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes it easier to create large charts that are detailed. I like that there are so many packages that you can download to use in your charts. I also enjoy being able to collaborate easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were better templates that I could generate by typing in what I'm trying to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes it easier to collaborate on charts for design docs and makes it easy to visualize super complex systems.
Very impressed with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
Customers seem to be able to conceptialize the flow of data or information much easier with the viasual repersentation of Lucid charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its helpful to be able to show before and after of their data infastructure and identifying redundneicies is much easier with the visual collaboration.

Lucid is great and adaptable, just wish there was more alignment with formatting

I like how it's customizable to my needs, whether it's for an internal org project or for an external event. It makes it easy to make my vision come to life and demonstrate my ideas to my team without having to worry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting isn't ideal and it is not easy to get all objects aligned as they should be. There should be a command or program that allows me to arrange objects neatly.

What do you like best about the product?
The real-time collaboration, intuitive interface, and extensive template library are standout features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be high, and some advanced features have a learning curve. Occasionally, the interface can feel cluttered with options, and performance may lag slightly with very large diagrams. Additionally, offline functionality is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies complex workflows, streamlines team collaboration, and enhances project visualization. This boosts productivity and ensures clearer communication across teams.
Lucid is extremely useful for collaboration for tech savvy teams

Prior to Lucid I found that some softwares only offerparts everything Lucid has.
I also really like that not every member of my team needs a license to be able to use Lucid. We can collaborate with guest accounts and utilize frames to keep everyone on the same page, literally.
I also really liked that our account manager reached out to cover any questions I had. We were able to hop on a quick 15-min call and she addressed all of my concerns and showed me some useful features I had not noticed yet.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because Lucid has so many features, it can be a bit overwhelming to some users at a first glance. Some members of my team did not use this application during our call because they felt it was too difficult to navigate.
I realized after our call it would have been useful to have a "how to" meeting with my team prior to the collaboration call, but due to lack of time for that, it would be nice if the application offered a walkthough of the features for different use cases when signing into a board as a guest.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team required a space for our Sprint Reviews, which are intended to be working sessions, not just a presentation. Lucid provided a space for us to collaborate in real time vs waiting for someone to get out of a document so we could make edits. Lucid also included templates which made setting everything up for the sprint review extremely easy.
My team is new to the Scrum/Agile practices, but because we have Lucid, the transition to more Agile practices will be smoother than if we didnt.
Having eveyrone in one spot, where they can leave their feedback and questions, and I can then export that document into a PDF for anyone to review later is extremely helpful and assists in keeping transparency within my team.
