I tested the free version of Lucida and it looks fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate my experience is limited as I did not pay to access the full set of tools and functionality but the one thing I appreciate of Lucida is how user friendly and intuitive it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty limited (possibly due to the fact that I had not purchased the full pack) in terms of types of graph you can make. I ended up building mine from scratch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a shared space to work on graphs and graphic summary/abstracts. Much more intuitive and easy to implement than classic graphic design software.
Seamless Use of Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I made use of the organizational chart template and it was really seamless. I was able to use the excel sheet to fill out the information, then upload directly.

Nothing comes to mind because the software had everything I needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of time consuming tasks. It's beneficial because the time it takes to draw tables and charts are reduced because Lucid helps to do it immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
It has infinite templates, icons and much more, it allos me to optimize my workflow and create flowcharts in a few clicks, it in an excellent tool and satisfies my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to use, there is nothing about this platform that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a user interfacce that is simple to use, it allows me to create diagrams that I need in my company in an intuitive and professional way, it saves me work time, it is great.
Great starting tool for Developers!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI was easy to understand, even though I'm a software engineer and not very familiar with the 'Solution Architect' field. It took me just a few hours to go from a complete beginner to completing the diagram I needed for a task. I enjoyed using LucidChart, and integrating AWS services was surprisingly straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, it would have been better if there were more templates to choose from. Perhaps a suggestion bar could appear when you select a template, offering options like 'This could be for app hosting' or 'Planning for a scalable app' within AWS architecture.
I also had difficulty finding some AWS services, possibly because I didn't type them accurately. A feature that ignores capitalization and supports more keywords would be helpful.

I could easily create a diagram that satisified me and could be a good planning for the task I had to do.

I really enjoy being able to use the Salesforce Shapes

It is user friendly for a guy like me that uses it for flow chart or for any other visual presentation

Instead of making it or doing it in microsoft word, I can just drag and drop the items from the lucid.
Satisfying User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It was fun to use, it's a great website for creating workflows and having crazy brainstorms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just bothers me that when drawing arrows it keeps wanting to drift towards the beginning or the middle.

Sometimes it is quite difficult and convoluted to explain ideas and find common ground. Lucidchart solved exactly this issue.
First Time User of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Finds it Delivers What it Promises
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use; Create flowcharts quickly and seamlessly. This was my first time using it and, although I was able to generate a simple flowchart very quickly I found that going through the Tutorial really helped me use some of the more advanced features to dress up my flowchart. It was easy to learn and I will definitely be using it on a regular basis now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to go through the Tutorial provided on the web-site in order to learn how to do things like fill in colours in text shapes and change line style. It was not intuitively obvious to me from the start but once I saw it demonstrated on the tutorial it was a snap!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this primarily to generate mind maps and flowcharts which show a visual representation of the psychological concepts I am presenting in my regular blog posts (drbobcarey.com). I then post announcements to these blog posts on LinkedIn and Meta and I ifind that showing the visual representation of the content in my blog post is much more captivating to encourage people to click on the link to my blog post as opposed to just having a text only announcement.

Even for those who aren’t particularly tech-savvy, the interface is clean and easy to navigate, with plenty of helpful templates to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I've noticed is that the free version can feel a bit restrictive, especially if you're working on larger projects or need access to more advanced features. Additionally, while the interface is generally intuitive, there can be a slight learning curve when first navigating the more complex tools and integrations. Some performance lag occasionally occurs when working on very large, detailed diagrams with multiple collaborators, which can slow down productivity

As a developer, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps me streamline the process of creating high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) diagrams. It simplifies complex technical concepts by allowing me to visually map out system architectures, workflows, and processes.

I like the easy UI and intuitive details that make creating any documents easily with little to no prior training.

The menus could be organized better or at least more explanation on the features of the buttons.
