My Experience with Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite excels with its user-friendly interface and real-time collaboration tools, making teamwork seamless. Its versatile diagramming capabilities and strong integrations enhance productivity across various projects.

Makes Building Flowcharts a Dream
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to import code. Between that capability and utilizing AI, I was able to convert our company’s SOPs into flowcharts with ease! Now we have clear visuals of our processes that everyone understands. I will continue to use Lucidchart for every project that calls for any visual process graphic or flowchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't come across any downsides. One thing I might like is the ability to set page parameters so the chart automatically fits and changes directions as needed when I import code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually makeng flowcharts for our organization had turned into a bigger project than I anticipated before I simplified it with Lucidchart.
Easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it super easy to create clean, professional visuals. Whether it's flowcharts, mind maps or process diagrams, it's much convineant to use the drag and drop interface and the templates are suer helpful too. I also love the real time collaboration feature working with my team on diagrams is seamless and the integration with other tools make it easy to share and access documents from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more complex diagrams, it can sometimes feel a little slow or clunky especially working in complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of visualizing complex processes in a way that's easy to understand and share with others. This benefits me by speeding up decision making and ensuring everyone is on the same page during meetings or project discussions. The collaboration feature allows my team to make real-time updates, keeping everything aligned and reducing back-and-forths. It saves time and improve clarity in our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
All needed template, very easy to use, the ability to export as images and visio files.
Also how wasy it is to manage your documents and diagrams.
also I like how single diagram document can have unlimited pages.
Did I mention I can continue my work even when the internet is down and it will sync automatically when the inter is back on

What do you dislike about the product?
lack support of the RTL langauges such as Arabic language

I love Lucid for creating diagrams and flow charts easily and quickly. I am not an experienced user but getting started was incredibly easy and Lucid's support team was there every step of the way to help with any questions.

It needs more colors, thats all the negative I can think off

For new users current interface is quite confusing until they used to with it.

The best tool for collaboration, technical diagrams & whiteboarding
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use. Drawing can often be annoying when shapes are not quite fitting where they should correctly, or aligning on the page vs. other items. With Lucid these issues are pleasently handled with their snap type features that make shapes and lines "just connect" to where they are meant to, in a nice and centralised fashion. There is the odd occasion I need to google how to draw a particular item, but the answers are always easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is quite limited, but there are free trials available and thankfully my company had a licence for the whole suite which the Account Executive at Lucid helped me get added to right away.

It helps to collaborate on marketing materials and drawings of how our systems interoperate

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Lucid for team collaboration. The interface is clean, and it’s simple to map out ideas, create flowcharts, or brainstorm with others in real time. The integration with tools like Slack and Google Workspace is seamless, which really boosts productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit high, especially for smaller teams. Some of the more advanced features could also benefit from better tutorials, as they can be tricky to learn at first.

Lucid is helping us solve communication and alignment issues, especially when working with remote teams. It makes it easy to visualize complex ideas, processes, and workflows in a clear and organized way.
