Very Good Tool for Businesses

It's easy to use platform makes it great for all purposes, and I have loved it.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is generally user-friendly, mastering all the features can take time. Some functionalities are hidden within menus and could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid's collaborative features enable real-time brainstorming, planning, and decision-making, streamlining workflows and making meetings more focused and productive.

Great for collating a variety of information
What do you like best about the product?
All the different functionalities that we have available, both on Lucid charts and sparks. We also have a variety of templates to select from to get you start for a range of scenarios/needs.
Being able to follow someone on the platform in real time to see changes being made.

What do you dislike about the product?
Issues when sharing the link to non-logged in users.
When transferring any diagrams from charts to sparks, it becomes difficult to alter action icons in swimlanes - it distorts the mapping.
Loading a some templates can take a while to load.

Moving away from word documents, enabling a more collabative nature between stakeholders and project teams.
Great tool for diagramming and visual representation.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to understand and use, it is beginner friendly as well as provides very good and detailed templates for experienced professionals that saves time as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues I can identify regarding this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives a collaborative environment for a team to work together like Architects, BAs, Devs and QAs and finalize a good visual representation for the end client which is beautiful and easy to understand.

The business process diagrams templates and other process templates which we can resue for our business process explanations.

Right now there is nothing which I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the ease at which I can explain a process to another user instead of them reading long paragraph’s to understand where they can just look at a diagram and understand the whole process.

The customization of mapping out exactly what's in your head. It has all the tools to put your thoughts into a comprehensive picture on paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a factor of ignorance not knowing how to utilize all the features the best way possible.

Great Visualization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mapping capabilities and templates. The ease of users getting on and starting to collaborate. I have not used the integration component yet. But the ease of implementing with customers has been quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cursor to expand or click on a specific area.. It is a little clunky. But actually all tools do this as well too.. All else is good honestly.

ER Diagrams with LucidChart
What do you like best about the product?
I recently used the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create ER diagrams. I really liked the ease of using it.
I loved these featuers:
- Adding/deleting rows was a breeze.
- I was happy to see ease of formatting text
- It allowed defining different relationships between entities easily

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things which I felt could be improved was:
- While sharing a diagram with a shareable link, there was no option of sharing it to a non logged in user. There should be some visibility settings so that I can share the link to anyone, and they do not require to login
- There can be some tutorial or guide, where the different arrows in the ER diagram is defined

I happen to write a lot of Tech Documents in my organisation. It helps in creating different kinds of diagrams like ER diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Flow diagrams.

As far as today, I have not found anything that I don't like.

It makes it easier to create a flowchart and align the process flow nicely.
