Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite: Great for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use, and the real-time collaboration is perfect for group projects. I also like the ready made templates like flowcharts and brainstorming tools they save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is pretty limited, and upgrading can be hard for students. Some features, like linking shapes or advanced tools, take time to figure out at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me and my classmates work together more efficiently on projects. Instead of messy back-and-forths, we can organize everything visually in one place, saving time and reducing confusion. And it also helps organize group work by putting everything in one place. Before, we’d use chats and emails, which got messy. Now we create flowcharts and share ideas visually, making teamwork much easier.
Great tool to get your ideas down on "paper"
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to create a process flow diagram. I enjoy the drag and drop functionality, and array of shapes it has out of the box. It is also very easy to collaborate with others to brainstorm, share revisions and get things moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally dislike the organization of documents. The use of the suite is great, but keeping things organized feels a bit clunky. However, I have not spent enough time trying to organize it.

Review on Lucid Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I started using lucid visual collaboration suite to document the existing process. The upsides are collaboration and real time sync. I am able to tag in people in the lucid and they are getting notified. I also like how easy and integrated it is to share it with the team in slack. Also, there are many pre designed templates that are available to make it easy to not start the process from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concern with lucid suite is the pricing. I had to wait for manager's approval as this is a licensed tool. It would be nice if we could have a trial version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working remote for a company and it is difficult every time to be stuck in a process and quickly get hand of people. With lucid collaborative tool, I can tag in people and share the progress in slack by just with a single click. Also, there are many pre designed templates based on the industry so it is easy for me to pick up from the skelton instead of starting the process from scratch.
Great for networking

Multiple users being able to easily connect with ease of intergration. There's lots of unique features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning and have yet to find any dislikes

We can be across the world but interact as in we are in the same room

It is perfect to create charts that are viasually pleasing.

I have not found anything that I dislike for the moment

Efficient Diagramming Software for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that it allows for real-time collaboration and can be used for various projects. I recently used this program to build a networking topology with colleagues, and I found it straightforward to use. Signing up and navigating their website is efficient as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding and inserting certain shapes takes time to get used to. For example, the Cisco networking devices are all scattered in one category, therefore it might be faster to manually search for what you want to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helped me solve the difficitules of finding the right diagramming application that can be used for real-time collaboration.
Lucid - Master of Flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Lucid's package (the only part that I have really used) is the ability to build flowcharts easily and to make them look incredible. It takes almost no time to learn the basic functionality and can be used for all sorts of things. It's great!

I don't think that I have encountered anything that I dislike so far.

Best for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?

I occasionally struggle with representing loops in my diagrams, but this might be due to my lack of familiarity with the available features rather than a limitation of the tool itself.

Lucid's AI functionality for drawing diagrams is unbelievably handy!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid really helped me with putting together a simplistic diagram of a workflow I wanted to share with my customer base. The AI functionality where I asked the AI agent to draw the workflow diagram based on what I wrote to it was fantastic and made short work of what would have taken me an hour to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was none from the work I carried out. It's a straight forward tool to use.

I am able to create a visual workflows for my customer base.
