A Wonderful Asset to Work Completion
What do you like best about the product?
The main purpose I used this for was building flowcharts. The UI is superb and it's super easy to add nuances into the charts. I used the Suite for multiple projects and assignments with ease.
I loved how easy it was to implement my projects to powerpoints, documents, etc. Lastly, customer support was quick, responsive, and respectful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect about the Suite was utilizing forums for troubleshooting. I found that a lot of pages were broken, especially for topics I needed to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LVCS is solving my need to create easy flowcharts for my clients to understand. This is benefitting me because I can create professional flowcharts that feature crucial details which other services cannot provide. With the flowcharts I create, my clients gain a deeper understanding of their own service as well as where we recommend their business to move forward to.

Application is straightforward to use and integrate into the environmental documents I put together in my role. Charts look more professional that that of competitors

I haven't experienced any downsides since using this application.

Great tool! Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Love how intuitive and easy to use it is. Also has a great suite of templates. You can also do a lot with the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - truly an incredible tool! Wish there were more templates available in the free version but you can still do quite a bit.

Helping us to visually map out process flows - so much better than purely written instructions!

Not knwoing what all the shapes mean, and sometimes my mouse click does not work.

A great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Lucid Visual collaboration suite is the ability to work with coworkers and create diagrams and other documents that help us reach our business goals. Collaboration has never been easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Studio is a great tool however the tool can be a bit expensive and might be too expensive to use by many members on a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagramming and working on technical documents has never been easier as we can work remotely on a document with all of the same perks as if we were together in the same room. The highlighted mouses and easy to use tool editing makes this a great benefit to me as a user!
Excellent Collaboration Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Lucid to be an excellent collaboration tool - my team uses it for Agile planning and sprints and the real-time editing has been excellent and easy to use, which is a key feature since we typically use it during live meetings. It allows us to work simultaneously with both remote and in-person users with little to no delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
If too many people are adding items at once I have found that the application can run a bit slowly, but other than that, I can't really think of anything I dislike!

We have both remote and in-person users and Lucid allows everybody to work in real-time together on planning!

The ease of use, and breadth of tools are second to none.

I have not came across any downsides thus far.
