Snappy, effective and quick to work
What do you like best about the product?
LucidSpark is quick and allows for fast workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't as many templates available when compared to places like Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration challenges and it allows for quick workflows and snappy ideation. It feels lightweight to use which is great when comapred to places like Miro that quickly become clunky and cumbersome.
Best process flows
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed using lucid to create detailed process flows. Lucid is very interactive and has very cool features to improce flow designs and capture comments / actions on the page.

I enjoyed overall everything about lucid

Flow of activities are easy to capture
Very intuitive to use and has made diagramming and visualizations considerably more simplified

The intuitive nature of the offering that speaks to me as a user and addresses my needs very simply and effectively

There is nothing I dislike about Lucid. As previously stated, very intuitive, simple to use and effective in meeting my needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I previously used to use Powerpoint and Google Slides and their templates to produce diagrams. I often found diagramming this way to be a painful and frictional experience. Lucid products remove this friction and make this work effortless for me.
Unique and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can map ideas and processes out, and then use the video feature to create a step by step video for processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything of the software, however, I do know that mind mapping is not always helpful for everyone. It took me a few times to really grasp it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having a hard time getting staff members to understand processes well enough to execute them without errors. There are very specific items that must be entered while doing these processes and they were being missed. Mind mapping as an "if/then" chart is helping them understand the process without missing those steps.

In my experience it was easy to use, I like that I can share my projects with colleagues and that they can participate in my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are other very good and free team collaboration programs, maybe that is a point against.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed using Lucid as some of the in-built templates are quite similar/close to the actual process i want to design. Also, it's quite straight forward to make modifications to existing template to match your process. This ability to quickly make this modification to existing template and ability to save it as one make is more easier for reuse. Also, the ability to track version of design makes so much sense as i could easily revert to a specific version.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much in terms of downside from me. Although i'm currently using a free trial so maybe access to more features for Trial users like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helps with getting pictorial messages across to stakeholders most especially with Processes, be it technical design or workflow for simplicity to users.

Lucid chart made it extremely easy to work teams virtually on building diagrams - specifically database models. the comment feature made it easier to coordinate and give feedback too

there is a bit of a learning curve at first and the "help/search" feature can use improvement

A Great Chart Maker With Lot Of Features
What do you like best about the product?
Love this chart maker, have been using it during my university year.
Instead of making charts manually, by using lucidchart the charts are already there; the user can just choose and drag their intended chart easily.
Additionally, lines are also implemented automatically. All i need to do is just put the point as its starting point and its end point.
Another great feature is how you can collaborate with other people by just giving them link. It's making any task easy

Drawing lines is challenging over the existing flow charts, you gotta move the box out before making any changes.
